Abhhorrant. They do not care about their customers. You cannot speak to a supervisor without jumping through hoops.

Pros

I do not have any. I have had nothing but problems and high fees. The only positive about them is they have a decent Website.

Cons

Multiple "routine" reviews, all within weeks of each other. The response to a complaint is almost identical with each person you speak with (canned). They lock up your money for weeks at a time with no real explanation.

Overall my experience with Payoneer has been a brief one. I only need it to receive one payment. It was easy to set up and I received my payment easily. I did end up cancelling my account afterwards as I didn't feel it offered me anything different to what PayPal might offer; however this thought process may just come from my lack of knowledge about the product and if Payoneer offers anything more.

Pros

I have only used Payoneer once to receive a secure payment. It was easy to use and without any bugs or glitches.

Cons

I don't feel I have used Payoneer enough to make an negative feedback. When signing up, I needed an account to receive a payment, but I never learnt more about the program or what other benefits there were.

Pros

I love receiving USD from another Payoneer user that’s completely free and instant. Being a Fiverr partner, it is the quickest processing payment for withdrawing your money.

Cons

The support is absent. The FAQ pages is very clunky to use. When you face an issue, it is very hard to find a real assist option.

I like that it can be used to make payments to clients in the eastern & Asian parts of the world. it allows for secure payments

My overall experience with Payoneer has been great. Payment was received quickly. Payoneer is a reliable solution for freelancers and businesses managing international payments. Fees are cheaper than some other payment platform with limited bugs and issue

Payoneer is excellent and trusted global payment platform. Payoneer offer secure Payment, value for money, great customer support. Great for sellers and buyers, you can view transactions immediately. Easy accounting and bookkeeping

Cons

I love using Payoneer, Fees are cheaper than some other payment platform with limited bugs and issue. Payoneer learning curves at first took some time to understand, but love using it now.

Iniciamos cuando todo era bello, en eso del 2020, pero desde el año pasado subieron las comisiones y cobrab por todo, por recibir, por enviar, por mantener, etc.... abusivos.

Pros

Nothing ever since I became their client all I can see is lack of professionalism. They promise stuff they dont meet. And they are not user friendly at all.

Cons

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been unable to access $2,600 USD in my Payoneer account for over two weeks. I submitted all the documents they requested for verification, yet my account remains restricted. Every day, after long waiting times, an agent tells me that my case has been marked as urgent and will be resolved within 24 hours — but nothing happens. This has occurred more than 10 times. Because of these repeated delays and lack of follow-through, I have been unable to access my own funds, which I urgently needed for an upcoming family visit. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Pros

It is relatively easy to set up your account, and the initial onboarding process is straightforward.

Cons

Payoneer's customer support is absolutely incompetent. I've been trying to resolve a EUR payment issue for months with no success. Every ticket gets passed to a different agent who clearly doesn't bother reading the previous conversation. This results in endless back-and-forth exchanges where I'm forced to repeat the same information over and over again. The latest absurdity: I need to remove a funding source to fix a technical issue (as suggested by their own team), but now they claim they can't do it. The company can't remove it from their side either, and I can't remove it from mine. So apparently nobody can fix it, yet here we are. What should be a straightforward technical fix has turned into months of frustration, endless back-and-forth emails, and absolutely no resolution. Their support system is broken, their team doesn't communicate internally, and they seem incapable of solving even basic problems. Ticket numbers: 251013-017345, 250812-012985

There is no safety net with Payoneer and if the recipient is dodgy, you can say goodbye to your money. They will not offer assistance with claim backs.

Pros

Payments are easy to make and fast. It appears easy to use. If working with a reputable party it’s as easy to use as WISE.

Cons

Payoneer doesn’t offer any assistance if goods aren’t received. There is no ability to dispute a payment or open a chargeback. They state that ‘all payments are final’ and won’t assist in the case of any issues such as foods not being supplied.
