I must say that in terms of customer support, the SKU IQ team over exceed all expectations. Any time you need support, they answer emails instantly or call you back to assist you.

Pros

SKU IQ allows us to connect and sync the inventory between our POS system with our ecommerce platform. Going further, SKU IQ can create products across both systems, so we can save time and focus on managing the product information in one system.

Cons

There is a limitation on the number of products that can be pushed simultaneously from the POS system to the ecommerce platform, so this means that we will need to manually push a maximum of 50 products each time.

Great. We connected it and now have a better understanding of the processes we need to change and the inventory we need to update in-store and online.

Pros

Keeps our WooCommerce - Clover POS up to date so we can control inventory. Before we had discrepancies and now we have minimized this for the retail level.

Cons

Nothing yet we have not explored everything. We need to check all features including sale through rate and product sale through rates as well to better under stand our immediate trends.

It’s a great product, just wish we could afford to use it. We are a small nonprofit and need to be careful about what we invest in.

How easy it was to use and synch our products. To see real time inventory management was very cool to see both in Squarespace and Square POS

Nothing able to use the UPC codes. We were hoping we could track inventory by UPC code and scan our product into SKU iq.

Sku IQ is an easy program to use- it just takes a few minutes to get familiar with it. It's easy to navigate.

Pros

I really appreciated talking on zoom with a very knowledgeable person. She answered all our questions and the one she wasn't sure about-she followed up by contacting her support team and hit back to me the same day.

Cons

The only complaint I have is that it took 2 days to get a zoom call meeting- but compared to other companies these days, at least we got a one on one meeting. Also I wish that when you enter a new product (after a bulk push) , it's automatically pushed onto the POS.

The fact that all my products were synced properly. Now I do not have to worry my POS and my ecommerce site not matching.

There's no progress report when I am pushing products to ecommerce. It would be good to have that feature.

Great, really simple interface and easy to navigate.

Pros

This is great for syncing your Wix inventory with Square POS and Square for Retail, the Product search & Multi Sync features are good and the Sync Events list is handy too. In addition to this you can even see all your orders and customers and the auto push feature (which is in Beta at the moment) is also very useful for automating new products added to your commerce site. 2 way inventory syncing is the perfect solution if you are selling products online and in a physical location with your Square POS, Terminal or Square Retail systems.

I haven't experienced anything bad with the app.

### "Honestly the most frustrating program I have tried to purchase to date"

Absolutely horrific. I honestly thought that I had found the answer to all of my prayers with this but it has been nothing but a burden to me.

Pros

They were very happy to take my money. Overall the dashboard appears easy to use, the information isnt overwhelming. For such a simple program you would expect it to work.

Cons

They say they have a turnaround time of about 48 hours for their customer service. I would often wait between 5 and 10 days for a response. I am waiting now for 4 weeks to have an issue resolved which prohibits the basic functionality of the program, to connect square and squarespace, and no matter how many times i tried to follow up with the company, i got nothing until i went ahead and booked myself in for a 'demo'. Suddenly my emails started getting answered. But the answer was "there is an issue as to why your products cannot be pushed from one platform to another and we have no ETA on the fix". It doesnt matter that I am losing sales revenue from not being able to have an online store.

### "Options and Edits That Will Be Most Effective"

Experience is great, and customer service (Which I am a bit anal about it) is timely and well manered. Fun and interactive tool and would definitely promote any way possible.

Pros

The best product I've found for what it is; which in my opinion, is a way to integrate small business platforms into a seamless-in-stop-shop approach.

Cons

I wish it could have more features, such as barcode label printing for Dymo and jewelry tagging and better sync-ability options with other sites when updates occur. The reason is that some of our products and images do not transfer over immediately or never. Thus, I'd have to set up a help chat to resolve the issue after a day or two. It makes it harder for our employees to know which items got transferred and what inventory needs to be tagged. Another idea is to get 'list by date,' 'list by popularity (what's hot),' or 'List by recently updated.' These would enhance the end-user experience by saving time editing and moving products through other systems. I think you should move to a more hub-based business model so that you are the main product when business owners and entrepreneurs are looking for something that syncs multiple platforms seamlessly. Right now, I feel this product helps achieve that directive, but you do not own the market.

Pretty good. I am having issues with the items once they push to Tik Tok Shop but that is not on your end so once that is taken care of, I will use it more.

Pros

I could contact one quickly when I had questions s out setting up and any errors.

Cons

I wish the product category would automatically go through and I would t have to go through every item categorizing it “Necklace”, “Bracelet” etc. when the category in shopify is already there.

### "Waste of Money!!!"

Cons

I purchased their support for a website with an online store. Had an issue with some fraudulant charges and they increased my rate about 300%. They refused to refund the amount and refused to reduce me to my previous rate....after several weeks of going back and forth, they finally reduced my rate only to increase it back within a day for no reason whatsoever. Another several seeks were spent to try and get a refund and it was pulling teeth to get the refund. They are a predatory company that just can care less about any customer issues.

### "Great inventory management software between Clover and WooCommerce"

Overall, it's a good product for inventory management between a brick and mortar store and an online store. I'd recommend it over other products because it's easy to use and there are both automatic or manual management options. I personally prefer to manually add all of my products to both systems, then link them using a SKU.

Pros

I'm using two SKU IQ instances with two brick and mortar locations and one WooCommerce multistore website. SKU IQ makes it easy for me to ensure that my in-store inventory is properly reflected on my website, ensuring that my customers can purchase items that are in stock.

Cons

I don't like that I need to pay two separate fees with two logins. I'd like to see an option where I can manage multiple stores with one login and a lower cost.

Reason for choosing SKU IQ

I chose SKU IQ because the cost wasn't too high and it did exactly what I wanted. I needed to integrate items on the WooCommerce website as variations with individual products in Clover. It works perfectly.

customer service is unmatched. i was able to skip through the free trial so i could do the bulk push included in the annual plus plan. the dashboard is so convenient

the only feature i wish were included was some way to sort products, alphabetically or by category.

### "Critical for brick and mortar to e-commerce syncing"

Pros

I love the quick customer service and instant syncing from store POS to e-commerce platform.

Cons

Our need for the premium plan came really fast as we added more products to our e-commerce platform. Every time you sell something in store and it adjusts it online, you use up one of your syncings you pay for.

### "Sku IQ Is the Inventory Software You Want"

Excellent overall experience that does what it needs to do!

Pros

If you run a small business that has an eCommerce shop that is on a different platform than your in-store POS, you need SKU IQ. It's software helps sync inventories between both platforms (for us, BigCommerce & Square), and allows us to maintain accurate inventories on both platforms, avoiding most accidental overselling of items that aren't actually in stock.

Cons

As with any software, there have been issues every once and a while, however SKU IQ's support has always been top notch and worked diligently to fix any issues we've ever had.
