Pros We like the all in one solution of job board, up to date video learnings and how vetted the jobs presented are, a big step above other job boards we have looked at. Cons We really haven't experienced anything of a con with YM Careers. We are working to bring dedicated staff onboard so we take advantage of all YM Careers offerings. Reports are relatively easy, some clarification was needed. Pros Improved customer service responsiveness. Cons Billing communication...on an ongoing basis...how to bill, who to bill, when to bill; the negotiated form of payment. Billing person was argumentative and difficult to work with. It took a minimum of 15 emails on just one month of billing which was not our failing after all. Huge time eater. After multiple requests to remove a person from notifications the contact is still not removed. I took over management of our Job Board last year without training/transition, which was overwhelming at first. \[sensitive content hidden\] met with me and walked me through all of the processes/features that were available to us, as well as things that were underutilized. With her and the team's help, we are now setting up our Job Board for the future instead of just maintaining it. Cons I have not had any negative experiences with YM or our team since taking over management of our Job Board. Our members work in K-12 Schools and having a career center that caters to those job postings and job seekers is the best. Cons The rollout was a little bumpy and I would suggest this to anyone looking to have a career center, but I would suggest that they ask many questions and make sure you understand the features on the back end and front end before you launch. Once I made it past the sign up, all else was mostly smooth. It would have been nice to have been given a comprehensive list of available options with pricing and exactly what needs to be done to implement additional features. We were selling postings with features that we were not aware were not yet set up. Pros The hands off administration once the job board is set up. The customer service team is timely and helpful! Cons The Job Board itself is less customizable than I would like, however, it is very clean and modern in both looks and usability so there is less I am seeking to customize than previous boards.
