Fortunately, the TaxDome team has always been available to answer my questions via chat within (at most) a few minutes. Cons I do with that the pipeline workflows had a search function. Pros I like the workflow, ease of uploading documents and getting signatures, I like the integration with my email Cons This has a steep learning curve so not very user friendly unless you are the client. It is tough to add new clients, it doesnt do much besides integrated email, share documents, get signatures, and create workflow, which can all be done on other platforms that are free. I didnt really want to spend the 600 dollars for a single year on this and wish I had longer to think on it but it kept bugging my that my info would be lost to my account if I didn't hurry and give them 600 dollars and I will be switching after a year.
