The set was easy and we have had a lot of fun with the platform! Pros I love how easy Nectar is to use. No need to send new team members a bunch of trainings about it. Also love how individualized the platform is! Cons Nectar doesn't cost much but my team loves using it so we do spend a good amount of money on rewards and challenges. It took a while to accumulate but it ended up being worth it Pros Interacting with co workers was pretty cool. There were also a lot of options for things to redeem on amazon Cons not enough points to give out. Adoption has been high because the platform feels simple and modern rather than like “one more tool” we’re forcing on people. While there are a few areas where we’d love to see more advanced reporting and continued refinement of the rewards flow, Nectar has become a core part of how we reinforce our culture and celebrate wins across the team. Pros Nectar has made peer recognition incredibly easy and visible across our organization. The interface is intuitive, so even new hires start using it on day one with almost no training. I like that points can be tied to our core values, which turns casual shout-outs into measurable culture wins. The reward catalog (especially the gift cards) gives people flexibility, and the ability to recognize teammates across departments has helped break down silos and boost collaboration. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful any time we’ve had questions. Cons Reporting and analytics could be a bit deeper out of the box—especially around trends over time and team-level breakdowns. We’ve also had a few minor hiccups with delays on certain gift cards and redemptions, though they were resolved quickly. Pros I enjoy the ability to be able to send shout-outs to my fellow co-workers throughout the company. Also to note I enjoy the different initiatives HR is able to enter for us to complete for rewards. Cons It may be something with my organization firewalls and possible VPNs, but more often than not I will have to submit for a code to be emailed to me because Nectar doesn't recognize the device logging in, but it is the same device. Back when we were in the office, you could buy your coworker a coffee as a thank you but now in a remote environment, that subtle yet powerful company culture fascet is not only handled but compounded with Nectar. Pros Nectar is one of the most engaging ways to do peer-to-peer recognition of great work or gratitude. In remote work environments, it's sometimes hard to show gratitude. Nectar makes this easy by not only providing a public forum for acknowledement but also monetary compensation for going above and beyond. Cons Nothing, nectar is excellent! Sometimes, the runtime is a bit slow and it uses a fair bit of RAM when opened in Chrome. I have enjoyed the wide variety of gift cards available for redemption as well as the security and ease of navigation within the nectar platform. I've used it numerous times to distribute points monthly to avoid them expiring after each month, as well as using the points I've received to obtain gift cards through the reward program. It's very easy to use and go through the process step by step to collect the chosen reward as well as obtaining it through your email and having it ready for use on your next purchase. Pros Nectar is easy to use and very user friendly. It's a great system to reward coworkers, especially in a work from home environment. The reward selection is great and has something for everybody. I've been using Nectar for over a year now and haven't had a single issue or had to contact anybody for assistance in troubleshooting or navigating the application. Cons I don't have any particular topics I dislike about Nectar.
