Pros I enjoy the ability to be able to send shout-outs to my fellow co-workers throughout the company. Also to note I enjoy the different initiatives HR is able to enter for us to complete for rewards. Cons It may be something with my organization firewalls and possible VPNs, but more often than not I will have to submit for a code to be emailed to me because Nectar doesn't recognize the device logging in, but it is the same device. Additionally, it is very easy and intuitive to use and some of the features allow you to directly tie the behaviors you're shouting out to the core values of your organization! I like how simple it is to recognize coworkers and give shout outs quickly. Cons The swag items are not the best quality. They tend to fade easily over time, and the images or designs are not always very clear.
