My overall experience has been exceptional with Nectar. The customer support team has been amazing, you get a real person to respond to questions and they respond very quickly. Nectar is a wonderful company!

Pros

Nectar has been a joy to use. It is extremely user friendly, and I feel it promotes positivity, engagement and motivation in the workplace through Shoutouts between Colleagues. It also brings back the human interaction in the remote workplace setting.

Cons

I don't feel like there are any cons or anything I could say that I dislike about Nectar. It promotes positivity!

Great website for team recognition and earning points for both discounts and rewards! You can even give points to teammates to show your appreciation!

Pros

The team recognition system and the gift card redemption process are great, as are the discount system and asking about more perks for both rewards and discounts.

Cons

Not enough choices for discounts in relation to localized establishments, and a lack of ability to give less than 5 points to people in recognition.

It is has been a great experience - thank you for the Nectar developers for coming up with such a wonderful tool for companies. And thank you for the team at Nectar who continues to provide the service to customers. Everyone is doing awesome!

Pros

I enjoy the ability to be able to send shout-outs to my fellow co-workers throughout the company. Also to note I enjoy the different initiatives HR is able to enter for us to complete for rewards.

Cons

It may be something with my organization firewalls and possible VPNs, but more often than not I will have to submit for a code to be emailed to me because Nectar doesn't recognize the device logging in, but it is the same device. Again, may be my organization's firewall. Other than that, no complaints - you are doing great!

Pros

The ability to share recognition with my coworkers that we may otherwise not recognize in front of everyone.

Cons

If Nectar is the same, the only thing I can think of is from other gift card platforms which is only being able to redeem with a round number of points.

Pros

i like the ease of recognizing a coworker and others being able to see it. the rewards are also a perk!

Cons

i have yet to find any cons. i have used a few other employee recognition plat forms but this have been the best.

Nectar truly is a simple app to be able to brag on your coworkers and letting them be rewarded within the point system.

Pros

The use of nectar is really uplifting within the workplace. The aspect of being able to 'brag' on your team members is super nice. I also love showing my appreciation towards team members and them being able to be rewarded with the points towards gift cards.

Cons

Within my use of Nectar, I have not ran into any type of issues whatsoever. It's a very simple app to navigate!

Overall, my experience with Nectar has been very positive! I use both the Rewards and the Comms. On the reward side, it's easy and creates transparency and boosts morale. On the communication side, the software is super intuitive and helps me to put together exceptional communication messages to our teams.

Pros

I really enjoy that it's an easy and fast way to promote your culture, celebrate and reward people for a job well done! Additionally, it is very easy and intuitive to use and some of the features allow you to directly tie the behaviors you're shouting out to the core values of your organization!

Cons

There is nothing that I don't enjoy about Nectar! I think it's a great solution. If there were improvements for the future, I think it could be data analytics for People and Culture teams to help them even more with spotlighting "the best" behaviors and driving culture.

Overall, it has been a great experience. The platform is easy to use and navigate, and it makes it simple to give coworkers the recognition they deserve in a meaningful way

Pros

It is very user friendly for all ages and easy to navigate. I like how simple it is to recognize coworkers and give shout outs quickly.

Cons

The swag items are not the best quality. They tend to fade easily over time, and the images or designs are not always very clear.

Been using for a couple years now and its fantastic- How to redeem and give out points. overall awesome application

Pros

the many options in how to redeem points. and simple it is to navigate. very easy and user friendly cant really complain

Cons

love the app- never had any issues- easy to navigate- ive had no problems- so it still stands i have no cons for this app
