Infinity is the best of the best on the market in most respects. Pros Infinity is fully customizable. It's structure is very intuitive and as easy or easier to use than other similar products. ALSO -- the customer service is THE BEST (quick, responsive, and very cordial and friendly). Cons The external reporting structure -- it is under development. Exporting of CSV files is available but being able to build a custom report coupled with being able to format the layout of the report would be amazing -- coming soon, hopefully. Helps me manage a bunch of data in different ways. Works fast. Has a desktop app and it's a tool that grows with the projects I have. Pros I like that I can easily change how I view the data I have inputted. And how I can easily filter it in a way that is most beneficial to me. Cons I'm not sure what to write for this. I would have to know what I am missing to make a comment. As it is, it works well and I like it. Pros I went through quite a few project management tools before landing on Infinity. All the way from offline Excel spreadsheets, online Google sheets, monday.com, Click-up, Insightly and Asana. Each has their own way of doing things and each can accomplish the task. What sold me mainly on Infinity was the price (one time fee instead of monthly pricing) and the customization options as I can basically create whatever view and set up I want. It takes a little bit to get it the way you want, but you can work to tailor it to fit your needs. Cons For me anyways there was a fairly steep learning curve. Infinity does a nice job with video tutorials and several help articles though to support you as you navigate the software. There are a few things I wish I could do with the automation tools and creating subtasks when certain milestones happen within project folders and not on the whole account level, but this could be an option that I just haven't figured out yet. Switched from [Google Drive](https://www.capterra.com/p/161425/Drive/) I was using Google Sheets to manage project tasks and switched to Infinity to have more flexibility on what views I could implement and it's much easier to sort tasks by due date and assignee. I am able to switch the views around of the different boards to view them in a calendar way and sort them by priority / name / category. Cons I don't like that you can't automate as well on here as other platforms. But - It's worth the price difference to manually move tasks once they are done rather than paying much more for a software you don't really need. There is no calendar view in the mobile app. Integrating and automating more is on my wish list. This program has enhanced our HR team productivity ten fold and has made our jobs so much easier!! Pros We use this software to keep up with a virtual business and so far it has exceeded expectations . When we run into issues the support team is always there and they are the best! Friendly and helpful to get us back on track in no time at all. The automations have streamlined our business and made us more productive with less time spent on all the mundane tasks. Cons We would like to see Grasshopper integrations so we can link our phone system and the ability to send emails using automation with our business header instead of Infinity Automation so people are more likely to read the emails. Support is good and it's easy to use. Pros This tool is robust! It fulfills so many use cases. It competes with Airtable, is easier to use, and is extremely configurable. This tool saves me time, keeps me organized, and helps me stay on top of my priorities. It has automation that make work easier. and over all Im extremely happy with the user experience Cons Sometimes navigation between projects could be easier but it's not bad. It just could be one step shorter and I'm looking forward to the future of their road map.
