It is an excellent tool for facilitating care for one another, and improving morale. Pros I like the employee recognition features the most. They have helped me foster and strengthen my relationships with my colleagues, raised my motivation levels, and provided me with an incentive to be a better team player. Cons My only problem with Guusto is its user interface. It is easy to navigate, but I would love it if I could reply to the messages that my colleague have sent me. Pros When receiving your Guusto gift, Guusto makes it super easy to get your gifts in just a few clicks. Just select your vendor and amount and print your gift card. Cons There is nothing I dislike about Guusto; they have done a very good job with their website. The only thing I can think of is to make the website a bit more colourful.
