Pros

I liked that Guusto focuses on recognition and appreciation. It’s a simple way to make people feel valued, and I think that aligns well with creating positive experiences for both employees and customers.

Cons

I didn’t have any major issues with it. If I had to choose something, it took me a little time initially to understand all the redemption options, but once I became familiar with the platform, it was easy to use.

10/10 experience every time. Been using it for years and always love how easy it is to use and redeem, can even combine multiple cards and rewards to one vendor.

Pros

Amazing user interface, and the options are amazing for employee's to redeem. Very easy to use, customer support is always instant and over the course of a few years never once had any bugs or issues. HIGHLY recommend.

Cons

More vendors is always a plus, having the option to have more hotels and travel vendors will be great personally.

There's tons of gift cards and I think it's so cool that you can send someone a gift. Overall, been great so far.

Pros

It's quick and easy to see your funds. And it's great how many gift card options there are. Way more than I expected.

Cons

It took me a little bit to figure out how to redeem the gift cards. But I totally figured it out and now it's super easy.

I have had all great experiences each time I was given some Guusto funds. I was given soem for Starbucks and 2 more times where I got to choose my own vender.

Pros

What I like most about Guusto is that there are so many vendors to choose from and it is easy to use.

Cons

What I dislike is if you receive Guusto funds from a specific vendor, you do not have the option to change vendors

I got an email from HR saying i received something on guusto so I just made an account, and then redeemed.

Pros

Simple and easy to use, friendly interface without clutter or noise. Additionally, it's for rewards!

Cons

There's not many features to begin with, which actually is a pro and not a con. Not much, if any at all, to dislike.

My overall experience with Guusto has been very positive. It’s simple to use, and it makes sending and receiving recognition quick and convenient. The platform helps build a positive work culture by making appreciation more consistent and visible. Overall, it’s an effective tool for improving employee engagement and morale.

Pros

The number of Merchants available on the platform is the best i love it very easy to use and very convenient

Cons

For Guusto, one thing I’d say is that as a user, it can sometimes feel limited in customization for larger or more complex reward programs, especially when companies want very detailed reporting or deeper integrations with existing HR systems.

Great! Quick and easy. Also I was able to send it to my brother and husband easily and quickly. So I love it

Less merchant options. I wish we had more options and the login process was easy. Hopefully we get other gas stations

Pros

There are many vendor options, which gives me a lot of flexibility for redemption. I like how I'm not forced to use one vendor.

Cons

Logging into my account has, historically, been the biggest pain point when using Guusto. However, this has improved.
