And is was also very easy to implement. Pros It helped us to solve a longterm problem with internal search functionality which was very hard to optimize within our native CMS functionality. Cons For a long time there were no analytical outcomes to see how people use the search. However this was solved and now I have no more issues to handle. Pros It has all the necessary features like rule-based merchandizing, synonyms and synonym suggestions (that are surprisingly good), even a tool to do A/B testing. Other than that the basics are very automated and do not need much human input. Cons Analytics. They are lacking the option to do previous period comparisons and metric trends over time. Initial setup was very straightforward and Luigi's box worked almost immediately after implementation. Customer service at Luigi's box is always nice and very helpful. Never had a bad experience. Luigi's box is simply great searching tools with great tools in addition which I would definitly recommend to anyone. Pros Besides great searching tools we like additioan features such as Recommender which (obviously from its name) recommends products based on customers browsing and searching history. These recomendations are part of product page, not searching results which looks more naturally. Also banner campaigns is great tool to promote products in search results. It was done using only a short code without invasive interventions in the otherwise inaccessible source code of the old system. I wish I would not need it and the search in eshop platform we use would be enough, but we do need it and it does what we pay for. Pros Everything, that shows in search results can be set up. Additionally, the redirections can be set very easily and navigate customer where we need to have him. Cons Search results are sometimes not correct and they need to be fixed manually. For example sometimes it prioritase product that has nothing to do with search query and the right products is only shown in small window next to it. This can be fixed, but must be done manually.
