And is was also very easy to implement. Pros It helped us to solve a longterm problem with internal search functionality which was very hard to optimize within our native CMS functionality. Cons For a long time there were no analytical outcomes to see how people use the search. However this was solved and now I have no more issues to handle. Pros It has all the necessary features like rule-based merchandizing, synonyms and synonym suggestions (that are surprisingly good), even a tool to do A/B testing. Other than that the basics are very automated and do not need much human input. Cons Analytics. They are lacking the option to do previous period comparisons and metric trends over time. Having implemented other product recommendation and internal search engine tools, the complexity is equal. You have to know how to retrieve the data and communicate it properly so that Luigi's Box can work with it. It's not magic! Pros We had tested recommendation tools and search engines, but they weren't good enough. These tools were also dissociated, which didn't make the proposal any more relevant. Luigi's Box combines two tools but is above all based on AI. In a sector where it's difficult to get good cross-selling because the products are necessities, we've found that Luigi's is doing very well.
