It was a very good experience learning about the new laws especially including visualization on state of WA and the tips were good as well.

Pros

The page's navigation was smooth and understandable and the user interface; it was easy to use and clear.

Cons

It was a little basic. Too much white spaces and I unable to click links in the video and they weren't shown off the screen.

The transition team has been patient and willing to answer all of my questions quickly and taught me what was needed in a simple and efficient manner.

Pros

The team that helped with the transition process. Everyone has been friendly and helpful thoughout the process. The ADP is easy to work with.

Cons

The UI for onboarding new staff does not have enough customization to personalize it. I would like the ability to control what my team sees and how the enter information.

The best way to describe the overall experience is with one word, Great! The customer service to get started to using it on our own has been great.

Pros

The value for what we pay is amazing. I love the customer support and the ease of use of the user interface platform , there never seems to be any bugs or issues. We are impressed with how easy it is to track time off requests in Leave Management. The entire Process Implementation was fantastic.

Cons

There is nothing about it that we don't like about Run. It is a great service and we have been pleased with all aspects.

Overall, I would say the app is very simple to use and makes having to run payroll a breeze. Have not had a bad experience with this app.

Pros

It is very easy to use. Once you use it once or twice, you get the hang of it very quickly. If you can’t figure something out, you can always contact them for help.

Cons

I haven’t really found anything I don’t like about the app. The app is simple to use and they walk you through the process of how to get done what you need to.

Good overall. Been using for 5+ years and when I have needed support they are very helpful. Easy of use for day to day functions is great.

Pros

Easy to use for the most part and good support if/when there are questions. A little on the pricey side, but a nice 'all in one' way to handle payroll saving time and headaches!

Cons

No real negatives for the program. Would love for it to cost less, but the time savings is worth it.

Our overall experience did not meet expectations, particularly given the critical nature of payroll. Communication was often reactive rather than proactive, which made managing employee expectations difficult when issues arose. There was also misalignment between sales and support teams regarding included services, resulting in avoidable follow-up and delays. Organizations that require highly reliable payroll execution, fast resolution, and proactive support should carefully evaluate whether ADP meets those needs. In general, the RUN and Timekeeping Plus products are limited compared to our prior provider.

Pros

ADP is a well-established provider with a broad payroll and HR offering. The Chat icon is one of the best futures of RUN. Using this chat feature, I was able to complete my second payroll with ADP without any assistance or guidance from the Implementation Team.

Cons

Payroll reliability and service responsiveness were ongoing concerns. We experienced payroll funding timing issues despite submitting everything accurately and on time, along with inconsistent guidance from different departments. Customer support often involved long hold times, unreturned messages, and unclear ownership for time-sensitive issues. Additionally, the platform lacked functionality we previously had with another provider, including more flexible reporting, document management with e-signature, seamless data integrations, and timekeeping controls and administrative visibility are limited.

My experience so far has been great! I feel very supported by the implementation team. The communication has been great.

Pros

Everything has been very intuitive and easy to use. The support staff from ADP have been extremely helpful and have been available all along the way.

Cons

I can't think of anything I would consider changing about the platform. It's easy to use and I don't see any problems.

I love it. Best decision I made was to start using ADP. Able to pay my people correctly, etc… I can upload employee files, performance reviews all in ADP.

Pros

How convenient it is. ADP makes it easy for my employees to track there own time and see there hrs work.

Cons

Zero complaint. So far ADP has been working well for me. Zero issues with it on my end. I was actually referred to ADP my friend who use it for his business.
