I use this quarterly at most for VAT returns and forget each time how to use it. For simplest, an entry screen rather than file upload would be even easier.

I like the simplicity of the product, everything is there for you and it is easy to understand

Cons

The only irritation I have had with 123 sheets is that you cannot delete a company from your lists until the end of the year.

Often been unable to complete task as system down / HMRC updates. Have to return to task another day

I was so annoyed that I had to do the MTD, Ive been running my little business for 30 years and was not keen on changing the whole way I do things and paying for the privilege This 123 sheets seamed like a good middle ground actually is just luke I have always done it but with out all the passwords and authentication logging in to HMRC so fa so good

Pros

This was easy to use and had very clear helpful step by step videos

Cons

I dont know Ive just started using it but I have to add another 40 characters

This software has a great online demo (to remind you what to do each quarter!) and then makes filing your VAT (from an old version of Sage) easy peasy.

Cons

I have no negative comments. Easy to use, well priced. Simple.

Just started to use this software for work. Signed up real quick, no extra things attached, no unnecessary adverts. Could easily upload the vat return an assistance was available in regards to downloading template etc. Signing up with HMRC was very easy as well,

No Complicated features - simple to use and easy to move around

Nothing at the moment. Haven't got any negative comments about the usage of the software
