Pros Once you had mastered the downloading of the worksheet and inserting into the company worksheet, it's a doddle to use. Very quick to upload to HMRC. Makes submitting VAT much the same as before MTD. Pros Easy to use with a simple excel upload format. Cons no phone if a problem, my email was the problem, so it was difficult to make contact. In all fairness though a text was sent which really helped.
