Pros I use this software on a quarterly basis and have done so for the last three or four years. In this time I've always found it easy to access and very easy to use. Cons None that I report of. Pros The software allows me to maintain my records the way i want to, using Excel and other simpler forms of book keeping but still being able to use the new Making Tax Digital. Cons Being forced by the Government to use this software that requires paying for is the only draw back. Things were simpler, easier and cheaper before Making Tax Digital was implemented. Reason for choosing 123 Sheets I did not want to change my entire business record keeping to a system that missed the finite details. Other services do not include everything I need them to. Pros It integrates well with our spreadsheets accounts. Cons There is nothing to dislike if you use spreadsheets for accounting purposes. Reason for choosing 123 Sheets None of the others offered the same level of simplicity. Pros This software is so quick and easy to use. I am not competent at accounting but I can file my VAT returns with ease using 123 Sheets. Cons I haven't found any faults with the software at all! There were numerous companies that offered this facility and, fortunately, I found 123 Sheets. I found it very easy to navigate their website and after using it once, it takes no time at all to file my Quarterly VAT Return. Highly recommend them. Pros Easy and quick to use.
