A portion of my prior employment was as a Canvas Trainer. I find Tovuti more intuitive than Canvas. How do we enroll in Tovuti University?

The interface is simple and clean. There are many interactive content options. The support team replies quickly and effectively.

Cons

I would like to see an active example of each interactive content type. The branching scenario needs to be pulled from already created interactive content, not stand alone within the branch - PLEASE!

I've been using Tovuti for almost two years now and it has been an incredible experience. Our learners can easily access learning content, and the content is easy to develop. The variety of content development options allows for an engaging learner experience.

Pros

Content development tools, customization, checklists, support.

Cons

Forums need improvement. We use the forums daily, but we cannot get the analytics we need from them. We'd also like some more engaging features for both users and administrators.

Pros

The amount of custom work you can do. I can create just about anything I need to.

Cons

Needs more log files and tracking for admin. Especially when multiple admins change content.

Ability to make the training interactive.

Cons

The reporting for each course is complicated. I would like to have a simple report show when employees were assigned a course, completed the course, and passed the quiz. I would also like to be able to get alerts for training that is passed due.

If you're considering Tovuti, make sure you have a team of people tasked with building it out - especially if your use case is more complicated than internal HR training or something similar. It takes time to build the systems and understand how they can work for you.

Pros

Tovuti offers our organization the ability to develop and deliver interactive on-demand training which is critical in post-pandemic learning.

Cons

From our experience, it seems like Tovuti is best suited for organizations that use it internally or with a set amount of users. We offer trainings through a variety of different partners and it has been difficult to make the platform work for our use case without a lot of work arounds.

Great. Tovuti provides great customer service. Works hard to improve the platform and be responsive to customer needs.

Pros

The course creation tools and interactive content.

Cons

Limited detailed training on the different interactive content. There is guidance on the very basic use of all the capabilities but limited guidance on advance use of them. I feel I am underutilizing some of the features because I don't know all the applications they can be used for.

The appearance looked more modern and the user functionality looked friendlier.

Ich konnte wesentlich besser lernen

Pros

Sehr gut fand ich den Kundensuport der wirklich immer antwortete wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Zusätzlich hat die App eine sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis .

Cons

Sehr gut nur die Benutzeroberfläche ist ein bisschen unübersichtlich.
