Die Lösung ist perfekt für den Mittelstand geeignet. Gleich welche Branche, besonders Dienstleistungsunternehmen im weitesten Sinne. Unternehmen ab der Größenordnung von 100 Mitarbeitern werden die Lösung lieben. Sie bringt Transparenz in das Unternehmen, optimiert Routineabläufe, hilft Prozesse zu automatisieren, ist umfassend und solide durchdacht. Mein Urteil: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Pros

Drei Punkte sind m.E. beeindruckend: 1. Die Prozessorientierung durch das gesamte Unternehmen; 2. die tiefe Funktionalität durch viele Unternehmensbereiche hindurch und 3. ein hochfunktionales Finanz- und Buchhaltungswesen auch für Gruppen und kleinere Konzerne (bis 2.000 MA).

Cons

Der Einstieg in die ERP-Applikation ist schulungs- und beratungsintensiv. Quick & Easy ist anders. Ein 250 MA-Unternehmen benötigt rund 15 bis 30 Tage Einführung, Schulung und Betreuung. Die tiefe Funktionalität und die prozessorientierte Funktionsweise muss man erst verstehen. Insofern ist der Einrichtungs-, Lern- und Schulungsaufwand höher als bei einfachen Systemen wie Lexware oder sevDesk, allerdings ist die Leistungsfähigkeit auch viel größer und nach wenigen Monaten möchte man das System nicht mehr missen.
