BusinessLOG si presenta come una soluzione di sicurezza "all-in-one" che va oltre la semplice gestione dei log. La caratteristica distintiva è il Virtual SOC, che aggrega tutte le criticità (accessi fuori orario, software disinstallati, password non scadute) in un'unica dashboard o in report PDF automatici. È particolarmente utile per gli amministratori di sistema che devono monitorare sia l'infrastruttura locale che il mondo Cloud (Azure 365, SharePoint) .

Pros

Gestione Log e Conformità: Il software raccoglie log in modo nativo per Windows e tramite Syslog/API per altri dispositivi. È eccellente per il rispetto di normative come GDPR, NIS2 e ISO 27001

Cons

Complessità Iniziale: La ricchezza di funzionalità e la profondità dei dati raccolti potrebbero richiedere una curva di apprendimento per configurare correttamente tutti gli allarmi personalizzati.

La mia personale esperienza, è stata ed è sicuramente positiva. Facilità di implementazione ed installazione, flessibilità ed immediatezza nella configurazione degli eventi da gestire. Non da falsi positivi come altri competitors che sono sicuramente più complessi nella messa a punto. E' soprattutto hanno una politica commerciale che rispecchia il valore del prodotto, anche a livello di canone di manutenzione annuale.

Pros

Per me Business Log, è diventato nel tempo un prodotto fuori dalla mischia, rispetto a competitors più blasonati, ed ha acquisito una competenza ed una affidabilità, che lo posizionano come leader nel settore. Ritengo che non lo si possa definire solamente un SIEM, in quanto ha caratteristiche tipiche di un SOAR, così come l'implementazione di un SOC intelligente ed automatico, che lo rendono completo e molto performante. E' sicuramente uno strumento da considerare in maniera acritica, per poter alzare il livello di qualsiasi infrastruttura IT, piccola, media o grande, con finalità incrementale della sicurezza informatica o "Cybersecurity".

Cons

Hanno sicuramente implementato delle caratteristiche che si avvalgono di strumenti di IA. Credo che questa specifica abbia larghi spazi di miglioramento, quindi il management ed i tecnici sviluppatori della piattaforma Business Log, dovranno affrontare sfide sempre maggiori.

Il cruscotto e la sua personalizzazione: non è molto chiaro cosa visualizza il cruscotto e quali sono le grandezze che misura

Del Software mi é piaciuta molto la chiarezza con cui vengono spiegate le modalità con cui il programma opera. Tutto molto chiaro e fluido, anche nell'aprire i collegamenti alle varie funzioni Ho apprezzato molto anche la massima compatibilità, avendo diversi sistemi operativi. Mi ha aiutato molto anche la funzione degli allarmi personalizzati per evitare accessi indesiderati in file o cartelle private.

We tried the "cloud" solution, but, after a month, we 've purchased the "on-promises" solution.

Pros

Easy to use, 10 minutes to install ! Simply, Minimal... just what i need !

Cons

It's a "agent-less" software solution... no agents to install in ALL the network ... just one.
