Pros

Our customer support team is spread out across the country. Aircall allows us to stay connected and take care of our customers the way we like. We use Aircall as our primary phone and love the routing features to direct the right customers to the right support.

L'affichage des fiches prospects n'est pas optimal pour notre utilisation. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous ne travaillons pas avec Aircall aujourd'hui.

It makes phone calls, but that's about it

Cons

Too buggy. Impossible to mute on phone. Restarts everytime I change a headset. Low quality of sound. Hard to navigate the dashboard

Pros

We use it as our regular phone and give the number to our customers and suppliers. It is easy to use and to manage. We had a great experience with the mac os app. The customer service is great, they answer to the phone quicly and help us when needed

### "Easy to setup phone system with lots of expansion"

Very good overall experience. Easy to reach a live person whenever you have a question. Easy to setup, easy to customize.

Pros

Ease of setup and use. It's great to be able to have a new user or new phone number setup within minutes and be ready to go live. From there, it's nice to quickly be able to change settings around as needed.

Cons

Added features like SMS messaging would be nice to use. Powerdialer feature could also be better implemented.

Nichts - und mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen

Cons

Die Funktionen sind laufend gestört, die Usability ist nicht klar, Telefonate können z.T. nicht entgegengenommen werden, eingestellte Parameter werden nicht übernommen, Verbindungsunterbrüche trotz guter Internetverbindung, Klangqualität wie aus dem Mistkübel.

### "It's great for a small business, but needs to grow for larger ones"

They were VERY helpful in assisting us with transporting over our 15 or so numbers. Since then we've gotten many more numbers, and because of our use-case, they've worked with us and have allowed us more reach than we really should have. That being said, we're a call center and have calls coming in and going out constantly -- we need far more details in the reporting area than they currently offer. If they could tighten down this area, I would have given a better rating honestly. But this also comes from someone who needs statistics to make daily/weekly/monthly decisions internally.

Pros

The user interface is really nice and clean. Something I've found lacking in so many other VoIP providers.

Cons

There are several bugs we've reported over the past year that either take a long time to get fixed if they get fixed at all. We found a workaround for most of our issues though.

We can freely distribute our calls between our 15 sales agents. It is easy to intervene and make changes for holiday periods or update numbers.

Cons

There can be bugs and some numbers can act weird. Testing is required after each deployment.

This service has allowed us to affordably untether from traditional landlines and use integrated call center solutions for our small business. These options are often only available at larger enterprise level solutions, so we have been pleased with what we can get for the price.

Pros

I love that Aircall integrates with our CRM, and Support software making call logging fairly seamless. Setup for users is simple, and updating customizations for audio recordings is easy. Sales staff helped to create a custom billing plan for our needs.

Cons

Support isn't always great. Communicating bugs has been frustrating. And there are bugs. The call log periodically misbehaves. The sync of call recordings for missed calls doesn't always work forcing us to still check missed calls in the native Aircall app still.

I don't really have least to tell you about Aircall. Sometimes we have some bugs that impact the link between Aircall and Hubspot. When we contact a number, the name of the number is not good.

We are using Aircall as a classic phone. We received call from our partner and customer and they always tell us the sound is pretty good. The app is reactive :)

Cons

There is a big problem when I'm connected at the same time on my laptop and on my phone. I would like to be connected on both when i'm not in front of my computer !

Rien , rien , rien , rien , rien , rien , rien

J'ai pris un abonnement sur Aircall pour un an l'année dernière. Le commercial m'a assuré que le contrat duré un an et j'ai payé d'avance mon abonnement. En réalité je n'ai eu que 6 mois de service car l'application ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai eu samedi dernier la mauvaise surprise de voir sur mon compte bancaire un prélèvement de 1 200 $ sur un compte bancaire que je n'utilisais plus. J'ai appelé Aircall et le service client, plutöt que de s'excuser et de me proposer de me rembourser immédiatement, m'a dit qu"ils allaient me rappeler dans quelques et qu'ils allaient voir si ils pouvaient me rembourser. Je vous déconseille donc fortement d'utiliser les services de cette société qui se sert unilatérallement sur les comptes bancaires de ses anciens clients.

Make easy to keep communicate with clients by working in different equipments

Pros

Easy and very intuitive software, i love how works the iOS app and how works the desk app in my office. Have a number in multiples countries is very helpfoul on my company bussines becouse we work with peple all over the world. And plus all that, the customer service it's so fast and always help me to solve one or two issues

Cons

The installation process can be a little slow, after that all good. One of my coworkers have the app on his android cell phone and the system get bug multiple times. And this app do not works with all the earphones, so i needed to buy some ones of the Aircall recommends

We wanted to try out powerdialer feature, before opting for the paid plan. Had a bit of difficulty going from customer support person, to salesperson and eventually to account manager. Didn't know we had one and only he could enable powerdialer for us to test it out. Overall, positive experience with the communication tone coming from them.

Pros

The big benefit was having the integration with Pipedrive and being able to go through the database of contacts and call them immediately with the Aircall Chrome extension.

Cons

Not being able to manage account settings through the app, always needing to use the web. For things such as managing other agents inside the team or downloading recordings.

This s is a great alternative to a traditional phone set-up and is ideal for remote workers.

Pros

I work remotely so Aircall allows myself and team to have a central phone number accessible to the whole team.

Cons

It can be a little confusing to understand the log of calls at first but it's not a deal breaker to using the app.

### "Become free with your standard in your pocket"

I am really happy i found Aircall on my road. We used to have a standard fix number for our compagny so it was difficult to receive call when we were out of the office, we couldn't know who was calling, and if my boss had been able to answer the call. We always had to tap the numbers by hand on our old traditional phone, time lost. Now we increased our mobility. I live abroad and my clients do not know about it, they feel like i am still at the office. We are able to anwser more calls, share our history of call and seach for name in the contact list.

Pros

We keep our old OVH phone number so our clients do not get lost. We share our contacts and calls history within the team I am able to anwser from my computer (wifi) and from any mobile phone (french/italian) depending where i am. We receive vocal messages by email We do not need to tap the number by hand. We search for them. We import our Gmail contact list I feel more productive because at the end of the day i can see how many call i did.

Cons

Sometimes i am not quick enough to answer the call Sometime the app restarts or get slow. But we can see improvements every weeks.

Air call overall was fine, but it has issues with dialing in the browser

Pros

Easy to make a call within HubSpot. The dialer is within HubSpot making it feel native which is nice

Cons

You can’t refresh while in the power dealer is going within the browser or you will lose your call.
