### "The best way to set up a call center and to enable support!"

Pros

I could set up a call center in matter of minutes, and it is very easy to use! And the calls that arrive, we can forward to personal mobiles, that has helped us to make sure that we would not lose any important calls. The best part is, we can record and make a note of all the calls, and we can also put up a setting for greetings. The desktop app is self-sufficient to receive calls, and I should say the quality of these calls are just awesome. The customer service team is very responsive, they have quickly got back to us whenever we had any concerns. The application integrates with pipedrive, slack and thereby had helped our staff to stay connected for better support. The application is very much cost effective in comparison to the features it provides.

Cons

We need a strong internet to use this application. There are a lot of updates available every now and then, but updating and restarting of the application has become a very irritating task.

### "The worse company I have ever had to deal with."

Appalling my bussines lost 60% of sales coz this system didn't work and we tried using our old system and this got in the way even then and they didn't get back to us even via email and sent us a bigger bill and qe couldn't even use it at all

No pros what so ever. Such a bad company all lies and charged for things we didn't even use and threatened to take legal action for them harrassing me

Cons

Everything is horrible so laggy drop outs bugs problems happened then customer service disappeared wouldn't even get back to emails

### "Terrible product & unethical billing, Bad Customer Support - Avoid at all costs"

Their pricing is deceptive. You're charged way more than what you agree to.

Pros

Intuitive software, which is good because onboarding is non-existent

Cons

The most important problem is that the sales and billing team is not ethical. They tried to force us to pay a forced year of the product, even though we never signed for this. From the first approach with Aircall, we assertively communicated that our intention was to test the product for a certain period of time, to evaluate if it was the solution we wanted at that moment.Several pricing options were presented to us, which we decided to select the monthly fee (higher cost) to have this flexibility. If they told us, at that time that the contract was forced to one year, we would have contracted the annual price (since it is cheaper) or most likely the service would not be contracted at all.After you sign the letter of intention and give your credit card for billing the Customer service is non-existent, the real product is meh (far from you are shown in the demos), and overly pricey when comparing to other options.

Everything is a lot quicker. I can keep an eye on all the numbers I have dialed or calls I have missed etc...

Pros

It is very easy to use. I like how I can just copy and paste numbers from my CRM and dial out immediately. The app is also very handy on my mobile phone and my computer.

Cons

I would like to be able to set more than one countries as my default dial out - Example: Australia is my default but I dial out to NZ a lot as well so I would like to have it as default too.

Plenty of features but the most important is not working: calling Possibility to use foreign numbers

Cons

The quality of the talks are disastrous. Our salespeople call 6 hours a day and not half an hour goes by without problems. Disconnected conversations, incomprehensible conversations, echoes as if we were on the moon ... Our salespeople and customers find it terrible. The helpdesk is trained to ask the same questions a thousand times and always blame the others (internet provider, cables, headphones...). First it was our internet provider Telenet. After we switched to the other internet provider Proximus especially for this reason, the problem remained the same. The Internet speed test they always ask for also proves that it is ok and even has capacity left. At their request we work with Ethernet cable, with their recommended Jabra headphones, with their recommended switches..... 1 conclusion : Aircall = NoCalling

Overall I'm happy with Aircall. I've been using Aircall for more than a year now. There have been minimal bumps are errors along the way. really good product! :)

Pros

The thing I love most about air call is how easy it is to use. everything is clean and works as you'd expect. much simpler to use than other phone systems I've used in the past. Great job!

Cons

sometimes I have interference on the line, but it's hard to say if that is network-related, the software, or possibly the person on the other line.

I would say it was really a good experience with what it promised to offer. The calls I made were clear and didn't have any troubles with getting disconnected from the line. I was also able to plot my work hours so I didn't have to manually set myself as AWAY or DO NOT DISTURB to not receive calls. That was helpful!

Pros

What I like the most of this software is that I can choose to pause the recording when I am collecting credit card information from a customer then continue recording afterwards and it gives us a good recording link automatically integrated to hubspot. Also it let me plot my work hours so I didn't have to manually switch myself to DO NOT DISTURB or AWAY when I am on my scheduled lunch/break.

Cons

Everything is good but this could improve if it allowed us to send text messages too! I see that sending messages to my clients is a must and I found it as an inconvenience to switch to another software to do just this. Also, I needed to cross-check between two software for the timeline of my communications with a client. Like have I sent a text after we spoke? or was it after or was it sent on a diff date. This takes so much time.

It is easier and quicker to use, fairly efficient, a bit confusing when using with Gorgias as seems to make multiple tickets. sound quality isn't great.

Pros

I love that it tells you what timezone the person you are about to call is in, and what time it is there. The app interface is easy to use, it is much simpler than others I have used. with less button to press to get places, and everything in one place.

Cons

the quality of the calls is not great. I'd say the calls are crackly at some point in a call most of the time, and gets to the point that I have to hang up and re-call a person frequently

We got aircall to be an upgrade on our previous system with better integration to our CRM, clearly that was a huge mistake as we are now 5 steps backwards

Pros

It will make phone calls if you type in the phone number and press call

Cons

Click to dial integration broke after a week. Calls routinely do not log to salesforce. Does not intigrate with teams so you can not track your talk time by having teams call you. Dropped Calls and horrible connection daily

Aircall hat uns mehrmals unabgesprochen zu viel berechnet für EU Calls, als auch einen weiteren User, den es nie gab. Nach Klärung mit unserem CSM wurde uns dann bestätigt, dass die ausgestellten Rechnungen storniert werden. Im Anschluss wurde ohne eine Mahnung oder Vorwarnung am Montagmorgen der Service abgeschaltet, sodass unser komplettes Sales Team mehrere Stunden weder Anrufe empfangen konnte, noch telefonieren konnte. Zur Wiederholung: Es wurde ohne Vorwarnung der Service abgeschaltet. Wir werden den Service daher einstellen, da dieses Verhalten weder der Seriösität noch dem Kundenverhalten entspricht, dass wir von so einem relevanten Dienstleister erwarten.

Pros

Als Telefon-Software im Sales, in Verbindung mit Hubspot als CRM, hat es gut funktioniert

Cons

\- Betreuung und Service waren unter gewohnter Qualität, wie man es von anderen SaaS Produkten kennt- Von Anfang an wurden kleine Rechnungen für Services verbucht, die wir nicht vereinbart hatten, was die Zusammenarbeit sehr anstrengend gestaltete. Es wurden bspw. User ohne unsere Beauftragung hinzugefügt und EU Calls

Overall it's been consistent with no major issues.

Pros

The fact you're able to use it across all platforms - mac, windows, android, iOS is really great. I also like the user interface its very clean simple and easy to use.

Cons

My biggest issue is the constant small inconvenient glitches and bugs that happen especially on the android version of the app. They do get fixed after a while but new ones tend to pop up which can be frustrating as it affects my ability to talk to some clients

Reason for choosing Aircall

It was the best for our needs.

Very difficult to set up. The trial was just possible for us after many email back and forth. After that it was not possible to test. Its insane, soo bad.

Sometimes it is hard to connect to Wifi. While all my other services are well connected to wifi, the quality of Aircall service is poor. That is why sometimes I am experiencing bad quality of phone conversation while using Aircall program.

Pros

Their phone system is very easy to set up and use. We were up and running in less than a day. In addition, the phone app makes it even easier to connect with customers while out of the office- no being tied to a traditional office phone system. It has ultimately made us a better company for our customers, allowing them to reach us wherever we may be in the world.

Cons

There have been a lot of updates recently- can get annoying when constantly restarting and updating the app. However, as a tech company ourselves, we understand the need to fix things and push them out to customers.

I have used the free trial, worked amazingly. Integrates with Pipedrive as well. The only problem was the price. It was more than our budget

It's got everything you need for a smooth sales process. From the interface, to call recording, ease of use, transferring calls. Just perfect.

Software seems to be flawless, however, for a smaller sales operation like ours, the price was very high.
