### "Very easy to use for small teams"

Good experience in general. You can grow your numbers and quality of calls a lot by using Aircall. It's a tool on which your team can have a quick preview of your call and contact management. They also have an app and an extention, which is just great.

Pros

The recording feature is amazing to learn from each other's call. Trainings are made perfect with them. Aircall is also good to have an overview of all the calls you had with a user. They also allow you to sent text to some countries, and it's great. You can also check all performances from your company dashboard. You can decide of the cascade of who can answer first, etc. Just great !

Cons

Sometimes the quality of the calls are not good. We are working from a place where internet is not really stable. We always have to optimize everything on screen if we are making calls.

Overall, aircall does what I need it to do but I would not say it is the best phone system on the market.

Pros

It is easy to use and it is an ideal bit of kit for maybe a new business starting out - It is good because it integrates with the ticketing system we use so we can integrate calls into our other platform which helps when call listening

Cons

Reporting is not great and not always accurate. From a reporting perspective it lags. I have used other phone suppliers in different companies in the past and this is not the best one.

### "Aircall has helped our business immensely"

Aircall has really helped us immensely. Working from home in the early stages of the pandemic was incredibly difficult, so having easy to use systems for our team was important. Initially, we were using hard phones that were required to be plugged directly into the modem. I opted to go with Aircall as it not only allowed us to be free of wires, but gave good insight into when our customers were calling, and recording this information in their HubSpot profile. I found the onboarding process with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to be amazing.

Pros

Aircall's design is incredibly simple and easy for everyone in our business. The integration with HubSpot and Shopify works flawlessly and makes life very simple! The onboarding with the Sydney team was excellent.

Cons

The actual audio is very good, though only ever as good as your internet connection. I have only ever had minor issues that have been resolved with the amazing support team very quickly.

Pros

Aircall is easy to use and integrates great with Pipedrive! By automatically posting call recordings, answering phone messages and any missed calls straight into deals, my team and I can keep a consistent history of all deal activity in one location. Friendly and helpful support when I have needed it too!

Cons

I have found the Aircall integration with Intercom quite finicky to use on Chrome in the past. Sometimes leads are unable to speak. This may need some additional work.

The to-do notification could be improved as sometimes is still showing the alert despite already having handle it.

### "Great in its business"

It's been great so far.

Pros

Aircall has a lot of great features and functions: Live Dashboard, Analytics, Users/teams distribution, etc... It offers pretty much everything you might need in a call center and is very easy to use.

Cons

I would say the incidents that are happening during the high volumes. Though, they are fixed and taken care of as soon as possible by the team.

Technisch alles perfekt gelöst. Support katastrophal, bzw. nicht vorhanden!

Pros

Das Einrichten funktioniert sehr einfach.

Cons

Es gibt praktisch nur ein Verkaufsteam bei Aircall. Sobald man Kunde ist, steht man im Regen. Dann gibt es nur noch Chat-Bots und keinerlei Ansprechpartner mehr.

Reason for choosing Aircall

Das Verkaufsteam von Aircall und die Software waren überzeugend. Wäre der Support auch so gut, würde ich bei Aircall bleiben. Nun suchen wir nach Alternativen.

### "Great product, but a very poor onboarding process"

I was very excited to get started with this product, but since we haven't even got started after 5 days with a lack of support, I am very disappointed. I have seen many software companies doing their onboarding a lot better.

Pros

I like the product itself and the possibility to make integrations to the helpdesk, CMS, etc. It is also nice that we are possible to have a multinational setup with an ease-of-use dashboard.

Cons

The onboarding process is very disappointing. After 5 days in the trial, we haven't even got started with the dialling. We have tried several times to register our legal information in order to get started, but we receive error messages every time. The support has been confusing and slow, and therefore it's necessary with this negative feedback for their team.

Reason for choosing Aircall

I was recommended Aircall, but after this onboarding experience, I really consider another solution.

Pros

I use Aircall every day and it's very easy to use. Call quality is good. Very easy to use app for both my Mac and iPhone. Easy to import contacts via CSV. Love the office hour options to automatically make calls go straight to voicemail. Love that you can call right out of the mobile app so I don't have to use my cell number when I'm not at my computer. Great solution for companies that don't want to spend money on a phone service and hardware.

Cons

Wish there was a direct Salesforce integration so that all my "attempting to contact" and "active" are in my contacts. Often times they aren't up-to-date (due to me not pulling a CSV more than once a quarter) so I'm never sure if it's an Aircall coming in through the mobile app or if it's just a random number.

Cons

Sometimes the lines are not stable and it's not working. As we are using it on a daily basis, it can be an inconvenient. It is happening just from time to time so it's ok for now.

The easy navigation of features within its small yet uncomplicated CRM and simple labeling of terms and keys.

Cons

The uneven navigation of calls was a "meh" for me. I was almost impressed but this made me rethink having this as best tool.

Je susi très satisfait de Aircall, le lien avec un CRM se fait super facilement, les appels se passent très bien (avec une bonne connexion). Vraiment génial pour un sales.

Pros

L'enregistrement des appels et l'analyse de ceux ci est génail et crucial dans le métier de sales

Cons

Le rouage des appels est parfois compliqué. Soit cela va trop vite pour apsser à l'appel d'après, soit il ne part pas assez vite.

### "Great phone software with a great app"

Great experience with the software but not so good commercially speaking.

Pros

I really enjoyed the UX/UI of the platform, how deeply integrated it is with other tech stack (CRM, customer service software, customer success software, etc.) and their Aircall mobile app is pretty useful when sales are on the go.

Cons

The pricing has gone crazy, they used to be affordable, or at least on par with other software and out of the blue, they increased it by so much that it became a real burden to keep using them.

### "#1 software for customer service management"

Excellent experience

Pros

I like the most that it provides all cloud call center features, during my trial period, I was easily able to create campaigns, manage it with HubSpot CRM, and even connect with multiple third-party apps like BigCommerce, eDesk, Freshdesk and more. Its features like creating toll-free numbers, introducing voicemail (that helped me create automated greetings, and take messages), call routing, and even claiming local and international numbers - all these features made my life easier because I was able to do all this by using just their software. A perfect one-stop solution.

Cons

No cons identified so far, even the support team helped me quickly to understand how can I setup and connect with different apps.

### "Aircall for Student Media Creator Support"

We have been using Aircall as a replacement for a traditional phone-based hotline system that served to connect students (and faculty/staff) with our team of media production experts who offer just-in-time support for video and audio projects. Aircall integrates perfectly with a Slack - Talkus - Aircall workflow that allows for using our team Slack channel to funnel both calls and chat requests through a #support channel. This enables the entire staff to be more responsive to support requests. Aircall itself also offers features that we had not previously been able to leverage like cascading ringing, customized hours generally and for specific users, easy transferring of callers and more.

Pros

Aircall is easy to set up, dead simple to use but hides a host of powerful features beneath its slick façade.

Cons

The mobile app is a bit rough around the edges, but that's minor compared to the above.

Pros

\- Most of VoIP solutions require some level of knowledge and expert understanding , but aircall it is easy to make the set up - We use hubspot as CRM and we integrated aircall easily without a problem - For the quality and simplicity I get I think the price is very competitive

Cons

\- You need good rally internet connection otherwise the communication quality is poor, at least 10 Mpbs upload - Customer support could be better

Not applicable. I DO NOT recommend Aircall to any small business.

Cons

Integration with Hubspot is very limited and the sync does not properly work every time. After I expressed my disappointment about the integration and the high price I was paying, my CSM rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] seemed more interested in locking me into a longer-term contract to lower my fees rather than helping me fix the root cause.
