Pros

We use Aircall and it's integration with Hubspot to use in our remote team and it works very very well. Everything is logged automatically and we can even do workflows based on some Aircall rules.We also use it so send automatic SMS's and also to log recordings into hubspot.Everything works extremelly well

Cons

\- The speed with Hubspot could be improved- SMS integration could be better

### "Accuracy meets efficiency!"

Our whole team attended the demo for the software and it was great, we had the chance to ask any questions throughout and it was all made really simple.

Pros

Great visibility throughout the application, so easy to navigate. The ease of transferring calls with the 'talk first' and overall just the intelligence behind it being made for any level of experience. I feel confident if I had a junior intern put onto the phones, I would barely have to cover anything within the app, it's all there.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't remember my log-in details so prompts me to sign in again when it's been inactive for a certain period but it's easy enough to get straight back in.

Reason for choosing Aircall

We were given a trial and assured through detailed summaries that the speed etc was different to previous service provider. Proven on a regular basis. It is definitely the case.

We are calling and texting.

Pros

The layout.It is compact and you can get all the features in one place.

Cons

The message section is not at all helpful in sorting the text.There are 2 options in the HISTORY section.i) Calls and ii) MessagesThe calls section has the Filter Option enabled, which allows sorting by date, teammates, call type, number, and tags.ii) MessagesThis section gets greyed out hence you are not able to search.I deal with different Clients, and the tool has no option to sort the text as it does on calls

### "One of the best software"

Overall Aircall delivered amazing service, we used it everyday to contact countless customers and partners and it never failed to deliver. Great call quality, simple UI with great quality built into it. The coaching was one of the best features of Aircall, as an administrator you could jump into any ongoing call and give tips to the call center agent, while the customer can't hear your voice. It was a nice way to manage hard cases without any escalation. Monitoring tools were also simple and effective along with the reporting. Simple yet amazing in everything.

Pros

The simplicity and quality of the platform are one of the biggest pros. It's a simple app and still manages to give the best features. Call and service quality is one of, if not the best.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about aircall, I'd say if they make user interface a bit more "fancy" that can be

### "Poor call quality, ridiculous pay terms and cancelation policy"

Very disappointed with their services, will NEVER use again

Pros

The reason we signup with aircall is that they offer unlimited local to local call minutes with one flat fee, which also includes a local number.

Cons

We signed up with aircall with the same email address as of G2 account, while there are at least 3 things we are very unhappy with them 1) our package should include a free local number, while in our invoice, we get charged for that number even though we followed all the instructions from the account manager 2) the call quality is very bad, or even horrible, our sales reps complained a lot of noises, and 50% of the time we used it, we had this problem every 15 minutes, and eventually did not get fixed 3) worst part of it, we told the account manager that we will try one month first, if good, we will upgrade to pay annually with more seats; if not, we will cancel the account. however, when we told the account manager that we wanna cancel that account and asked her to make sure they will not charge us automatically for the next billing month. first, she said yes. and then soonest, she said since we have not informed them to cancel the account 30 days in advance, we have to pay for the next month. So shall we tell them we need to cancel that account at the same time we activated an account? we emailed them several times on this issue, but they chose not to reply us.

Sehr, sehr, sehr enttäuschend. Nach ca. 2 Jahren Nutzung dieser VoiceIP Plattform reagiert niemand mehr auf Emails, Reklamationen, werden Beträge auf dem Konto belastet ohne Rechnung, werden Rechnungen nicht nachvollziehbar zusammengestellt und auch auf Nachfrage nicht aufgeschlüsselt, kümmert sich keiner darum, dass wir Störungen in der Telefonie gemeldet haben, werden FALSCHE (!) rechtliche Anforderungen bzgl. Legitimationsdokumente gestellt, weder im customer success Team, noch in der Reklamationsabteilung noch im Management kann man jemanden erreichen...

Pros

Bedienerfreundlich...mehr ist hier leider nicht aufzuführen

### "Deceptive business practices. Non-existant support. "

Pros

Looks good on the surface, but they employ incredibly deceptive business practices with respect to phone numbers purchases.

Cons

Their support is non-existent, and incompetent. Only their sales team will pick up a call. Been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks since they disconnected a primary business line we purchased through them and no human will return emails/calls. Stay far far away from this deceptive business.

### "Experience on Aircall integrated with Hubspot and Planhat"

Pros

Our Sales team started more than 2 years ago with a test and we continued. We find Aircall easy to answer the phone and is there a high-quality connection. Our Sales team uses the Hubspot integration. Since 2 years our CSM and onboarding team are using Aircall to call customers.We use a Planhat - Aircall integration, however the automated log only includes the duration of the call and not the notes. We have different numbers per country presence.

Cons

Passing calls between departments is not good arranged. We have customers in Spain, but no local address/office so this caused issues because of no proof of address.

### "Extremely User-Friendly Call Center Software "

Pros

Aircall has a very user-friendly interface- it's easy to navigate and all the main functions are neatly outlined (keypad, history, to-do, people/contacts, setting up work hours). I have rarely had an issue with call quality, and I appreciate how easy it is to make a phone call. You can search for a teammate by number OR by name, which is nice, and you can easily switch between different phone numbers. It also shows the status of your teammates, whether they are offline or in a call, so you can easily determine if you can transfer the call or not. (At a previous company, I was not able to see whether the person I was trying to reach was available or not)

Cons

Based on conversations with my manager, it is not easy to pull data from Aircall. While it is extremely user-friendly, my manager has had difficulty extracting data and quantifying our missed call rate, etc.

### "Super efficient dial-in software"

Great experience so far. 3 years and more. They are always improving.

Pros

We have been using Aircall for more than 3 years now and it has been an amazing software so far. They have got an extension you can install on your browser. It detects the phone numbers on websites you are on. You can do so much with it : calls, sms, recording calls, add taggs, get some dashboard performance etc. Our whole team is using team, sales and demand side.

Cons

They just installed the sms options some time ago. For now you have to see all the sms and response sent and received by everyone. Always feeling like your sms inbox is full. They are working on it.

We switched from DialPad because of the Shopify & PipeDrive integration. Everyone on our staff hated every moment of AirCall. They begged to switch from day one and then everything started going progressively worse.

Pros

Rep was knowledgeable support tech that genuinely cared about the client.

Cons

\- French engineered which says a lot - Horrible call quality that was down a few times a week - Buggy interface - Power Dialer is a joke just a glorified chrome extension that crashes every 5 minutes - Total rip off for the price - You can't even accept another call while you're talking to a client - Trying to end this nightmare was even worse when trying to port over numbers - We had a situation where our rep could hear the customer but the call would drop in 5 seconds. Support took days to respond and then it magically started working again with no explanation.

Aircall does what it says, it gives you a lot of tools to help your workflow and customer support is helpful.

Pros

Aircall is constantly upgrading and releasing new helpful features. The analytics dashboard is great, has a lot of insights and really helps us as a company hone in on certain problem areas to fix to help better our customer experience.

Cons

analytic filters are overly complicated to get the best data - it took a few chats with customer service to get it right, however now we know it works a charm.

It has been a great experience. All our customer service agents use it, and training them takes only a few minutes. As an administrator I am able to see their activity and manage their use.

Pros

I love the simplicity of the product. There is no need to read a manual to use it, and the features are very intuitive. It is really easy to add users and manage their use as well.

Cons

It is not a very robust software, but it's all we need for our business.

If I have a small business, I would still use this app :) You get the quality you paid for!

Pros

Our company has been using Aircall for about 3 years now. It's such a neat, great functioning tool. I had tried Zoom and RingCentral and I have a hard time hearing the person in another line. Most of the time, it takes a few seconds for the other person to receive my message. Aircall does not log

A little expensive than other dialers...
