### "Aircall is all you need when making and receiving calls"

It is a good and smooth experience overall. All features needed are readily available. It is also very easy to use.

Pros

Aircall is very easy to use and is very user friendly. It allows us to use it via app or via web. Authentication and login is is very secured only the user can use their credentials. Easy to make outbound and inbound and outbound calls due to the user-friendly interface. Call features are also very reliable especially when switching multiple phone numbers. Whenever issues arise, getting client support is also very reliable on the website.

Cons

Aircall does not have the feature to recall your frequently used speaker and microphone device and you have to select it every time you login.

### "Easy replacement for a traditional phone system"

Aircall is out first voip software and ital works great and is definitely an improvement over manual phones and smartphones where you need to manage contracts and numbers

Pros

It’s an easy system to implement. The users can just use the desktop app or their phone. It integrated easily into our existing workflow and allows easy management of call cascading and forwarding. We were also easily able to integrate some api calls from our proprietary software to start and read calls.

Cons

We tried to use the provided transcript but they were just wrong and generally of bad quality. Very unfortunate, but we downloaded the audio and did our own transcript

### "Long time user of Aircall"

Have been using Aircall for 4 years and really like the product and value for money. It's easy to use and set up and manage once you have set it up too.

Pros

I like that it has a phone app as well as a desktop app as it helps to offer calls which suits our device preferences. I also like that it's easy to record and access recordings and transcripts.

Cons

I wish aircall reporting was a bit more easier to understand. The only feature I'd like to see soon is outbound AI messages that would create more efficiency to our team.

Sometimes the call quality can be a bit off, but they let you rank each call based on quality and specific issues you may have run into

We are very happy with Aircall. The only slight issues come with contacting customer support which can sometimes take some time.

Pros

Integrates well with other software. Helpful to have a separate app for Android. Uses AI to help create custom messages and responses. Fast onboarding and setup process.

Cons

It can take quite a long time to get a response from customer support if you have an issue.

### "Great for Small and Medium Sized Business Call Flows"

Overall, our experience with Aircall has been very positive. The solution is reasonably priced and provides great features for small and medium-sized businesses to create call flows from toll free or local numbers.

Pros

The new Smartflow IVR editor simplifies complex call systems and allows users to set rules for call flows during specific hours and after key presses, and allows uploading of custom files for voiceovers or hold music. You can also copy configuration from similar IVRs to save time when creating new call flows.

Cons

When creating a smartflow, deleting some steps (time restriction rules, keypad presses) also deletes the options below. There is no option to delete only the selected item and keep the branches below. I also wish that Aircall would integrate a solution for hunt groups to external phone numbers.

I would say that the overall experience was under my expectations. I expected consistency in the software but was constantly running into issues. Aircall, in the time up until I was a user, was having service disruptions that affected our ability to provide service

Pros

The Aircall user interface was very simple and pleasing to look at. My experience with the support team was decent.

Cons

I was constantly having issues with using Aircall. My microphone was always automatically turning off/becoming restricted which wouldn’t resolve unless I were to fully restart my computer.

Pros

Easy to use, seems to be a good connection. Easy to switch between landline and mobile numbers for calling out. Integrates with hubspot.

Cons

When leaving a voicemail for someone you are calling, you’re not able to see your own mobile number to leave this in the message.

Aircall is a simple software that integrates with hubspot incredibly well. The features it does offer are great, and do not bloat the software.

Cons

I think that Aircall could offer more in terms of reporting, as currently users cannot see any reporting, only managers.

Pros

It’s a sick system with a good flow chart system for calls and call routing! We’ve recorded some messages that it lets you play too.

Cons

It’s expensive; and sometimes feels a little complicated for a small business but the functionality makes it worth while.

Overall, Aircall is a great tool which is perfect for larger businesses or ones with multiple teams and departments. Its great in-depth analytics are really helpful for understanding and planning your phone strategy, but would recommend using the desktop app only for maximum efficiency.

Pros

Aircall makes filtering calls really easy. The analytics are transformational compared to our previous system, and it makes understanding your call pick-up rates, peak times and outbound call timings really easy.

Cons

The service is quite expensive, and you will be charged additional add-ons for further in-depth analytics. Their mobile app also has some disadvantages, e.g. not having the option to make call tagging compulsory, which can be confusing for analytics.

I worked with Aircall for a few months as a CSM, calling from Poland to the UK and USA. It was mostly pleasant, as the sound was crisp, there was an app, and I was able to use it easily even tho I didnt have any previous experience with tools like that.

Pros

Easy to manage and assign regions/numbers to a person The analytics is very extensive but not available separately now (or on lower plans) Desktop app

Cons

Interruptions - while using the same number at the same time, sometimes calla were dropped Requires a lot of help from Aircall to be set up (but they are helpful) as small configuration options impact the ringing lenght etc SMS interface a bit clunky, doesnt recognize landline unless the SMS has already been sent

Aircall has been a crucial tool for us as we've significantly enhanced our call tracking capability across a significant team. The integration with Hubspot is absolutely crucial. The ability for our team to use Aircall within Hubspot is incredibly valuable and an absolute must for any team that wants to make it as easy as possible for the team to adopt. The other critical thing to mention is, Aircall helps dial much faster which is excellent.

Pros

The integration with Hubspot is fantastic. This enables our entire team to call seamlessly from Hubspot and all the reporting including activity etc is seamlessly pulled into Hubspot so we get a clear accurate reflection of the output across the organisation. Aircall is very easy to set up administering new numbers in seconds and creating workflows that enable automation and efficiency.

Cons

Aircall can be rather expensive which can be difficult if you want to ensure everyone in your commercial team is using the technology. We have had difficulty with quality of calls at times but this is usually corrected after restarting the call.

L'outil est simple à utiliser. Les intégrations sont faciles à mettre en place. L'équipe onboarding est de qualité.

Cons

L'outil n'est pas très poussé en termes de fonctionnalité VOIP par rapport à la concurrence. En même temps, les tarifs d'Aircall sont exorbitants comparés à ceux de leurs concurrents, sans justification apparente pour cette différence de prix. La valeur du produit ne justifie pas du tout les montants dépensés - aucune flexibilité à ce sujet.
