Easy to use, smart way of doing business.

Pros

Cost is right - and easy to interpret. Extremely easy to use. Nothing new had to be learned (for the most part) outside of the software. Fun and intuitive.

Cons

Not really any so far. I like being able to utilize what I need when I need it. Plus, it is a great way to communicate with clients.

It's simple to use and if you have any problem or doubt the customer service is always there. I had some problems at the beginning but they have been solved as it was my internet's fault. Highly recommended.

Pros

The phone calls that I have used Aircall for have been clear and I have not had an issue with calls being dropped.

Cons

I wish that the software would automatically make you unavailable after a set period of time so that you didn't have to keep doing it yourself.

It has help customers with so many issues and makes it fast and easy for everyone to get ahold of us! 💕

Pros

This software allows my company and my coworkers to further excel our company. I wish more people know about Aircall and and all the amazing tools that come with it!

Cons

Sometimes it can be glitchy but honestly I've noticed it's updates I forget to do !
