Pros Asana is genuinely so useful. It makes project management a breeze and it integrates your workflows really nicely. It also makes teamwork super fun, you can have multiple users and assign them to different areas in a gant chant. I love it and would recommend you try it out for your work. Cons It is a brilliant software, I would like if it could fully integrate with my email client and use AI to pool everything into different streams, but perhaps that will be released in the future! Pros Asana makes use of very superior data security tools which keep all our data and information safe and sound. It has collaboration features which makes it easy for our team to communicate and work together during our team projects. Asana reporting feature provide us with clear insights that help track the performance of our projects. It also has interactive live dashboards that offer very easy to interpret project visuals making it easy to monitor the progress of our projects. It is easy to set project goals and objectives with Asana that help us keep focused on the most important work of the project. Cons Asana has never shown any signs of weakness. I totally recommend it for all project managers. Pros It is such a great value for my money. It is relatively easy to use even as a first timer, you quickly get a hang of it with constant practise. The customer care are also great and ready to help. Cons Even though it's easy to use after some practice, I believe the interface can be made simpler and more first-timer friendly. It's not glitchy, and it makes my life as a self-employed individual easy. Pros What I like most about Asana is the Task Management. As a self-employed individual, I had so many tasks, and Asana helped me manage those. No assistant needed. Cons What I like least about Asana is the subscription because I'm always on the lookout for free software, but as much as I can, I try software even when there's a fee, because I don't mind paying as long as it's worth it. I so wish the interface had a cleaner UX and less options behind paywalls. Pros Task management, organization, tracking of projects. We have checklists set up in templates allowing for easier onboarding and organization. Cons Every update, the UX gets worse. It is much harder to find projects and teams in the current interface. It has lots of features for customization to make it scalable for both small and large projects. Cons For people who have not used a more modern, visual project board--it was a hard switch to get used to Asana. They could offer better tutorials for training new users. Additionally, it's premium features are pretty expensive for what you're actually getting. Cons If you have a small team, it isn't that valuable as this seems more designed for larger teams. Also, there is a sharp learning curve since there are so many features offered. Pros Asana makes planning for day-to-day and long-term projects infinitely easier! It definitely makes me more productive, with easy project management features and a user-friendly interface that helps me keep track of my weekly to-dos. Cons There are definitely some features I think the service would benefit from; for one, when you have several days' worth of tasks in your to-do list, it is a little frustrating that any newly-created task goes to the very bottom of the list, with other "undated" assignments, and there's no way to change it. We use this internally as well as using it with clients. So easy to assign users and guests. The admin portal is built well so managing users and sending out invites has been no issues. Pros Asana is a fantastic tool for managing projects. It has a brilliant interface and makes it so easy to create projects, add tasks. It is just so feature rich. The it has made collaboration so easy for everyone in the team. Cons The learning curve was not the smoothest. Depending on how manage projects you have it can be quite cluttered. I've been able to move away from excel spreadsheets for easier tracking. Pros The feature range is very helpful. We've been able to use this product instead of much more complicated and expensive ones for our case management, and it helps us with every day tasks as well as reporting on large amounts of data. Cons Some fields have limits and some projects run slowly as we add more info. Our company has a representative, but sometimes they are still slow to respond to questions.
