Easy to use program and have multiple option manage difrent hardware takes care of patching backups and Security (sentinelOne) Scripts are easy to use and to add. It takes allot of standard work out of our hands so that we can focus on the more fun stuff.

Pros

Easy to use and to configurate. Single pain of glass. so i can see everything i need and use. Takes allot of standard work out of our hands.

Cons

There are so many extra options that it is sometimes hard to decide what we will add.

### "NinjaOne Simplifies IT Operations"

September 9, 2025

4.0

NinjaOne has provided a reliable and user-friendly solution for managing systems. The dashboard is clean, reporting is effective, and deployment is straightforward. It has streamlined IT operations and reduced overhead.

Pros

The product offers a seamless deployment process. Easily deployable with minimal effort and Deploy in minutes, not hours

Cons

The solution should provide expanded support for on-premises backups. The current backup solution would benefit from additional on-premises backup options

### "NinjaOne - Customer service Nightmare and total money grab"

March 5, 2025

1.0

We have been using NinjaOne since 2020. While the software served as a decent starting RMM, it often fell short of the promises made, such as the integration with Bitdefender GravityZone and market-comparable pricing for backup solutions. Additionally, it took over three months to discontinue services that were no longer available as add-ons within the portal. As an MSP, we experienced fluctuations in our monthly usage. Despite being sold on a per-seat model, the subscription-based contract required us to notify them five days in advance of any changes. On January 10th, I informed \[sensitive content hidden\], our account manager, via email and phone that we would be transitioning to ConnectWise. I emphasized the need to avoid penalties due to the five-day notification requirement. By March, NinjaOne expressed surprise and delayed the transition by almost three weeks, attempting to extend it beyond the five-day period to charge us for endpoints we no longer had installed. Despite having zero endpoints, they claimed we did not provide a 60-day notice. I advise caution when dealing with NinjaOne, especially if your account manager is Jake Hunter. Ensure all communications are documented, as reducing or terminating services can be challenging.

Pros

Screen share/connect software runs smooth and efficient

Cons

After having this tool in our environment, it would be tough not to have this tool. This replaced GoTo Assist for us because it had so much more to offer. It's been the best addition to environment we have made in the last 10 years.

Pros

The remote access gives us more than one option. Patch management is a bonus, They constantly update and fix bugs and issues. Support is solid.

Cons

That I can't integrate out Bit Defender license into their platform it need to be purchased through them.

### "Best RMM on the Market"

September 9, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with NinjaOne has been exceptional. From the considerate account managers, to the devoted development team who actually cares about feedback on how to improve the platform. There has not been a moment we have considerate an alternate RMM solution since we adopted NinjaOne, and I don't anticipate that changing any time soon.

Pros

NinjaOne's dedication to improvements, engagement with their community, and strong automation capabilities all make this platform a no brainer to me. On top of these, the interface is extremely user friendly for new users, and issues are rarely present on the platform itself.

Cons

Customer support has been declining in quality over the last few years. Organizational features still are not quite where we'd like them, in that it would be nice to have folder structures for things like policies, reports, etc.

### "Simplifying IT Oversight with NinjaRMM"

September 22, 2025

5.0

Overall, super happy and impressed. We tried both N-Able and Ninja, and it was a clear winner. Their support has been great, and our account executive is also really knowledgeable. If we can't figure it out via the dojo docs, we've always been given clear instructions via their support team.

Pros

Overall, the user interface is clean, informative and modern. You are able to easily navigate between organizations. Profile management is easy and allows you to categorize systems by location (and apply a policy at a location level). Having a single pane of glass to review each morning saves a significant amount of time and allows me to be proactive in letting my end users know where troubles are, rather than having them report - helps show the value of purchasing the services from me.

Cons

The backup features are getting better, but there are still some rough patches (for us at least). I'd like the opportunity to back up to a cloud provider (and storage target of my choice), as well as the ability to back up hardware devices. I have a few clients that have NAS's on their network, however I really don't have a great way of backing them up (apart from replicating the data to a local machine). This works for some of the smaller data stores, but not the larger ones.

### "The Best Modern Day RMM"

September 9, 2025

5.0

We migrated to NinjaOne from CW Automate and have not looked back in any capacity. The platform is well designed and functions well. It is our most critical line of business application for supporting our clients and we are very happy with the solution.

Pros

The UI and dashboard is simple, clean, and effective. They have feature parity and then some across their RMM and remote software that allows our team to manage a significant amount of endpoints with ease. It is an extremely effective product with a smart team behind it, and the cost is very competitive.

Cons

There is the odd bug or change introduced that hinders operations, but it's generally minimal and their support and development teams are excellent in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

September 11, 2025

5.0

Great! It helps me and my team manage the health of remote machines, administer software, fix issues, track/log problems, and report on the overall well-being of the company's infrastructure.

Pros

Ease of use, all of the functionality it offers, allows me to manage multiple sites for customer support, the dashboard allows me to identify and address problems promptly, and ticketing helps log and track end users primary issues.

Cons

### "One hell of a RMM SaaS utility"

September 9, 2025

5.0

Pros

Pricing, Support, Ease of Use, Platform View, Management. The NinjaOne Platform has been the easiest RMM utility I've used in the past few years. We've switched from another provider for archaic, old layouts and limited scripting abilities.

Cons

Support help area is hidden behind SSO. Some features may be "too simplified" or "too easy to use" that blocks the full features.

### "Great Product, Amazing Community"

September 9, 2025

5.0

My overall experience has been great with NinjaOne. It has off-boarded multiple tools in our environment and it has streamlined our ability to support our systems.

Pros

Customer support is great but the community around the tool is even greater. I enjoy the dashboard and how many tools they've added into the platform. It has been extremely easy to remotely manage any computer added to the platform.

Cons

I have struggled with the Apple integration a bit. We have a bit of a unique setup on our MacBooks but NinjaOne should be able to handle it still.

### "NinjaOne is the tool you have been missing"

July 16, 2024

5.0

I trialed Ninja about 6 years ago and our team became dependent on it because it's that helpful of a tool. It was such an important tool even to me that when I started a new job, I knew immediately that ninja was a must have tool. You can't compare it to many other tools. I plan on always using Ninja as a tool because it really is a great resource to all sorts of IT admins.

Pros

What I like most about Ninja is that it is such a versatile tool, you can use it for just about anything you need as helpdesk, system admin, desktop application admin and probably much more. It's an intuitive tool and its not only reliable but also fast

Cons

Honestly the reporting but that has gotten much better with the latest releases this past year.

### "Favorite RMM to use and manage"

December 4, 2023

5.0

I am very pleased, The account managers have always been friendly and helped connect me with the resources I needed and features I have requested have been added over time. The product really feels like it has grown better and better over the past 2 years.

Pros

Ease of use, simplicity of using features and the platform performing as expected. There are also frequent feature updates that are taking community feedback and pushing those updates into the product.

Cons

Lacking a feature to directly send action or script output to an email. I have been able to work around this by baking in SMTP aspects to all scripts that need it to have the script handle that on it's own.

### "Must read for anyone exploring RMM options in the marketplace... Look no further!"

September 23, 2020

5.0

The uncanny thing about how Ninja caught our eye is that the technical ability of the platform was the last thing that sealed the deal for us, it was our experience dealing with Ninja as a company that really won us over. Merely reading through Ninja's website and social media content made us feel as if they were speaking directly to us, they seemed to know the pain & struggles we were feeling with our incumbent and purportedly had the answer - we had a good feeling, but the proof would be in the pudding... I submitted a query via their website and awaited contact. In the not too distant future I got a call from one of their Account Executives to follow up. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], (who I still deal with on a regular basis) from the outset knew that a deal of this size could be easily lost, so no pushy sales techniques or hard-play negotiations here. After about 2 months or so of discussions, technical demonstrations and aggressive testing by ourselves Ninja made us an offer. All I'll say is that they suggested a 12 month term, but we were that confident that we asked for longer.

Pros

Having spoken to other Ninja partners that have similar numbers of devices under management we have all deployed ninja in vastly different ways so that it slots perfectly into our day to day operations, but unilaterally agree that Ninja's RMM is the best foundation we have found for our needs. Key to this being it's flexibility for you to adapt it, or to adjust your working processes to complement it. Day to day we see that the Ninja RMM causes us less work, updates are released without breaking features that worked before and in general we are a more efficient team because of it.

Cons

We were trying to replace an RMM system that we'd worked with for almost 8 years, it would be too easy to draw comparisons between the two. Short of the obvious learning curve associated with working within a new dashboard and the retraining of "muscle memory" for us, there aren't really any "cons" to speak of.

Reason for choosing NinjaOne

In case it hasn't been clear so far, we're major advocates of Ninja RMM. They are a company that continue to demonstrate to us that they are committed to building a long lasting and fruitful partnership, which (quite intentionally, I’m sure) leaves us feeling like we don’t want to do business with anyone else.

Switched from

[N-sight RMM](https://www.capterra.com/p/163344/N-sight/)

We're a UK based MSP covering London and surrounding areas with approximately 170 clients and 4000 devices under management. Having fallen out of love with our existing RMM provider who we'd partnered with since 2012 we found ourselves in mid-2019 exploring the marketplace to see if there was another platform out there that could cater for our RMM needs. The contract with our incumbent was set to expire at the end of November, to give ourselves enough room we wanted to be fully migrated by the end of October. We were able to migrate our 4000 devices in about 2 weeks using our incumbents system and some clever scripting to deploy the ninja agent, and Ninja's system to swiftly uninstall the old one.

### "Easy to Use and Reliable RMM"

September 9, 2025

5.0

Overall, NinjaOne has been a really solid RMM tool. It saves a lot of time on day-to-day tasks and makes it easy to keep everything updated and healthy. It feels reliable, and it’s taken a lot of stress out of managing multiple systems.

Pros

I really like how simple NinjaOne is to use. The interface is clean, and it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. The automation is a big time-saver — patching, scripts, and software installs just run smoothly in the background. I also appreciate how stable the remote access is, and their support team is genuinely helpful when you need them.

Cons

The reporting side could be better. I wish there were more options to customize reports, especially for clients who want something branded or a bit more detailed. The mobile app works, but it’s definitely not as full-featured as the desktop version.

### "it was great"

April 19, 2025

5.0

My experience with NinjaOne has been largely positive. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage devices and support clients remotely. It offers strong automation tools and reliable monitoring, which have helped streamline many day-to-day operations. While there are some limitations, such as the need for more customizable reporting options, the overall performance, responsiveness, and support from the NinjaOne team have made it a valuable asset in my tech toolkit.

Pros

everything it was great & really user friendly i really enjoyed using there software

Cons

While NinjaOne offers a user-friendly interface and powerful remote monitoring features, one drawback is the limited customization available for certain reports and dashboards. For organizations that require highly tailored analytics or visualizations, this can be a bit restrictive.

NinjaOne has been a solid addition to our IT operations. The ability to monitor, manage, and patch devices remotely without complicated setups has saved us time and headaches. While the ticketing system and integrations can be improved, the overall functionality makes up for these gaps.

Pros

### "Ninjaone makes IT more efficient and meets our requirements "

October 29, 2022

5.0

NinjaOne is a good experience, with great staff, and good prices - always changing and evolving products. With its ability to support a large number of computers while I am in my office, and its ability to proactively and reliably manage the infrastructure of our client's network, I consider it my right hand in my dealings with my clients and it has saved me the time to go to the client site, which I invested by adding more clients. Most importantly, I am a fan of working from home and social distancing to prevent some diseases.as well as the automation of the program Routine operations, are carried out without intrusiveness, which greatly improves work efficiencyNinja One customer support is provided by the help desk where they handle problems and help me reach my goal of serving my customers.

Pros

Once you are logged in to the website, the website will take you through the basic setup of your account, client's account, etc. Then you will be able to start using NinjaOne and easily go to the settings page to further customize your work.I consider NinjaOne as my right hand, NinjaOne is distinguished with a distinctive interface and a reasonable price with its dependence on cloud storage, and the software installations and server restarts are some of our best uses, and I'll not forget to mention that NinjaOne has a great email alerts system.A good advantage to work while ensuring social distancing to reduce the chances of infection with corona

Cons
