The solution is sound, with great documentation, support and well designed interface that made it easily deployed. However the solution was expensive with no remote support or helpdesk features in the standard license.

Easy of deployment, setup, with very good documentation and support on hand to assist with any issues.

Cons

was more expensive than other RMM solutions, with the license not including remote support features or helpdesk features.

It is a powerful, modern RMM tool. It has significantly improved our team's efficiency by automating routine maintenance and remote support.

Pros

The interface is very fast and easy to navigate. It allows me to manage and monitor all my endpoints from a single, clean dashboard without any lag.

Cons

The reporting tools can be a bit limited for complex needs. I wish there were more built-in templates to customize data for my clients.

Pros

Really easy setup configuration and use at great value. Its been such an easy switch from our previous system which has been great

Lack of AzureAD credential support is currently an issue but we are assured its being released soon.

Very good product and it is a solid platform. Great for an MSP that is just starting out, as we were.

Pros

Easy to use and setup. There was not much training that needed to be completed. The RMM access was very intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

It was not that granular. I needed something that was more robust at the time. There were not a lot of options to drill down to groups of machines.

It has been a positive game changer for us. We were able to lift and shift from our old RMM in a matter of weeks and now are building at an incredible pace.

Pros

Extremely fast and responsive. Coming from other solution this RMM never slows down.

Cons

There could be more granular permissions. Right now it’s not super clear what rights will affect other parts of the platform. Org level custom fields should be a thing and just aren’t yet.

Overall excellent experience. I can't recommend them enough. The people are great, support is knowledgeable and responsive. Software works well. Pricing is reasonable. They're continuing to add features and communicate with its partners. They really seem to have it together. Onboarding was a breeze. Their documentation is extensive and many of the articles include explainer videos. Easy to use.

Pros

The people at are great. They're big enough where they have the benefits of a large organizations, but small enough where I feel like I have fast, personalized support. Everyone from the initial salesperson to account manager and technicians have been very professional and responsive. Their software just works. I rarely have issues with the managed agents. If I ever have a question, their support gets back to me the same day, sometimes the same hour. Very impressive!

Cons

I'm hard-pressed to say anything bad, as nearly everything is great. There are a few minor improvements that could be made, but more of a nice-to-have than a need. Even so, what I love is that they have a publicly visible product roadmap so you can see what's coming next.

It can become a little pricey if you have many users or a low number of users but very endpoint heavy.

Relatively expensive, especially for a small team. This seems to kind of conflict with the actual use case of ninja one, for small to medium teams. That being said, setting up management devices is extremely straight forward and saved a lot of time.

Cons

It is good at what it is good at, advanced features for automation and analytics is really difficult to properly accomplish. The learning curve is exponential, starting out simple.

Uitstekend, zowel de werking van de applicatie als de support.

Pros

Eerder dit jaar zijn wij overgestapt op en we zijn zeer tevreden met onze keuze. Het systeem is overzichtelijk en functierijk, waardoor we al onze klanten gemakkelijk via één portaal kunnen beheren. Een groot pluspunt is dat we ook (cloud)back-ups en beveiliging in hetzelfde overzichtelijke portaal kunnen bijhouden. De ondersteuning van NinjaOne is uitstekend; elke vraag wordt snel en effectief opgelost.

Cons

Tot op heden zijn we nog geen minpunten tegengekomen, alleen maar verbeteringen.

Great support, no guerrilla sales (yet ;)) hands-on technical sessions to adopt the product, and easy to use RMM tooling to get the best out of your servers and endpoints.

Pros

In every piece of the software, you sense that this has been built by MSP'ers for MSP'ers, the hardest part for an MSP company like us is to maintain your policies over different customers, that's where Ninja fits for us like a glove, also very impressed with the built-in Back-up, documentation and ticket solution!

Cons

For us, the Bitdefender Gravity zone is needed for some customers that dont have EDR yet, for us, this integration is working fine but we are not so amazingly impressed by Bitdefender itself, for us Bitdefender still feels like a tool where you have a zillion options instead of having a 'out of the box' perfect solution.

We zijn overgestapt van N-able RMM naar Ninja, het vorige product voldeed eigenlijk aan geen enkele verwachting meer. Elk alternatief was dus voor ons vooruitgang, uiteindelijk na 2 of 3 gesprekken met Lode besloten om het toch maar eens te gaan testen. Hadden we het maar eerder gedaan. Wat een verademing is dit pakket , automatiseringen zijn makkelijk, patching heeft weinig tot geen problemen en machines enrollen en update to date brengen is super gemakkelijk

Proactieve monitoring Kostenbesparing /efficiëntie Schaalbaarheid Securitytechnische eisen Goed beheer op afstand Goede automatiseringen

Cons

Startpagina niet in te richten. Gezondheid apparaat met meer statussen definiëren

Ho privato diverse soluzioni RMM ma nessuna di quelle provate ha un interfaccia così intuitiva. Il prodotto è adatto non solo ad utenti esperti, ma anche i neofili sono in grado di utilizzare la soluzione senza disporre di particolari competenze specifiche. Gli aggiornamenti sono periodici e vengono regolarmente rilasciate nuove funzionalità .

Pros

Interfaccia intuitiva e continui aggiornamenti del prodotto con l’introduzione di nuove funzionalità.

Cons

Ancora non si dispone di in integrazione multitenant con servizi di autenticazione esterni. Ma sono in roadmap nuove integrazioni.

Durch schafft unsere kleine IT Abteilung es, Tickets von Mitarbeitern viel schneller zu lösen. Auch der Zeitaufwand von Windowsupdates oder Software Patches hat sich stark verringert.

Pros

Man hat alle wichtigen Tools an einem zentralen Ort (Tickets, Patchmanagement, Softwareverteilung, ...). Alle Infos die ich brauche (z.B. Daten eines bestimmten Rechner oder Server), sind immer schnell zu finden. Ausserdem kommen immer wieder neue Features und Verbesserungen hinzu.

Cons

Um alles nutzen zu können, ist einiges an Einarbeitszeit notwendig. Allerdings hilft hier die Doku und der Support sehr schnell und gut.

Zeer tevreden over het product RMM en zijn nu ook bezig met de mobile device management, hebben een mooi dashboard ontworpen met hulp van de support afdeling, en hebben ons oude ticketsysteem omgezet naar het ticketsysteem van .

Pros

staat duidelijk voor Service en aftersales, en de servicedesk is pas tevreden als wij tevreden zijn. Heel erg fijn dat zij hun product ook echt optimaal willen laten gebruiken door de klant. Wanneer NinjaOne goede service verleent, dan kunnen wij dat ook naar onze klanten doen.

Cons

Ik kan niets bedenken. En als er iets zou zijn, dan wordt dit opgelost zover mogelijk door
