This system allows me to easily reach out to members, send schedules when assignments are needed for serving. The confirmation message is also very helpful so that the acknowledgement is one click. No need to log in or develop another email to confirm Pros The ease of learning the system and having all of the information that I need on the dashboard. Using the customized email is the most appreciated features. Everyone reaches back and thanks me for the beautiful email. Cons Would like to add people to the email who are not members, but first time visitors. This would keep all of the outgoing emails within this system - instead of from my personal email representing the church. The church team have loved using it and has made our life alot easier. Has definitely taken us to the next level when it comes to church admin. Pros Has Everything you need for church management at a great price. We love the administration side along with the easy payment method. We also love the communication side where it allows us to send messages to our congregants. A great feature is also the child checkin. Cons Not being able to transpose chord charts automatically like Planning center, but at the same time it is not that big of a con. Pastor Religious Institutions Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Excellent software to handle all aspects of Church Management" January 27, 2026 5.0 Since my demo ChMeetings support team has been great to work with. I asked tons of questions before ever even signing up. Once I did, nothing changed; the ChMeetings team still treated me as before, like a top customer. Anytime I had a question or raised a ticket, they were quick to respond and help out. I've had some unique migration needs and consolidated 3 different software into ChMeetings with little help. I'm now able to handle most things from one user interface. So far the software is amazing at covering my needs and if not the support team helps find a way to make it happen. Overall, my experience with ChMeetings has been wonderful! I'd highly recommend them over some of the other big names in the space because with ChMeetings I don't just feel like another number. Pros ChMeetings has a good support staff and development team. They get out updates and new features speedily and are quick to respond. The cost point is very competitive and the software gives you everything you need to consolidate to one piece of Church Management software. Cons Some of the more in-depth features are still lacking compared to some of the other main players in the Church Management software field. This is not onlu convenient but it makes me feel confident that I can get help when developing something new in the app. Pros It is very friendly to use, Im not a tech person and It was very easy to leanr how to use it. The monthly charge is way better than competitors, reports are funtional and practical to share with executive team. Cons I would suggest to improve the spanish translation when changing lenguage in the app, eventhough it is undestandable, it is true that it uses a very unnatural tanslations that needs a double check when using the app in spanish. The learning curve is extremely short, and the support provided for migration from other systems is excellent. It offers one of the most comprehensive feature sets I have seen, covering everything from diocesan structures to local ministries within individual churches. It manages all aspects, from people and accounting to church events and one-on-one follow-up. The integration with payment services is seamless and efficient. Technical and functional support is prompt and accurate when addressing bugs or issues. The mobile app is especially useful, providing members with personalized information such as their contributions and group memberships. The platform also ensures a high level of security by implementing strong password policies and multi-factor authentication. Finally, the value for money is fully aligned with the range and quality of services offered. Cons The automatic translation is not accurate (at least for Spanish), although the technical team is available to review and improve it based on user suggestions. Generating reports are easy. Cons I would like to be able to have more 'active' members. At a certain point, we 'archive' occasional visitors. Our members are genuinely happy with it and have had no issues so far. The ability to give tithes and offerings through the app is a huge plus. While we’re still setting up our PayPal account, we’ve been using a direct payment link, which has worked well. It really simplifies congregation management, and it’s amazing how easily members can check events and stay updated. Pros It's very user-friendly—I really appreciate how it includes accounting features to help manage church finances and track attendance efficiently. Cons Currently, giving is limited to PayPal and Stripe, but it would be great to have the option to integrate additional service providers like PayFast.
