I love the fact that we can check children in for service and utilize the option for lesson plans. The software is updating often, and works for our church. Pros I like the ease of navigating the software. It's pretty self explanatory but they also have Help to help answer any questions. Also pricing is reasonable especially starting off with a small number of church members since we launched. Cons If I'm remembering correctly, I don't think you can view the contribution statements before sending the email to make sure everything is correct. You can view each persons statement reports but not sure if before you hit send you can view just to double check everything. Pros It is very easy to add members, edit members, and send buld emails. We also keep our financial giving here. Generating reports are easy. Cons I would like to be able to have more 'active' members. At a certain point, we 'archive' occasional visitors. It would be nice for sending bulk emails, to keep the occasional visitors in with the active members. The specific focus on church administration gives us a central repository for all data and reports. Pros User interface is comfortable and mostly intuitive. For our small church, the subscription price is very reasonable. Support is always responsive, fixing bugs quickly and our enhancement requests are slowly being met. 2FA provides a very secure environment. Cons The very clumsy menu system. Having menu access controlled by "admin" and "member" modes is not logical. E.G., A "member" user has the Directory and their profile available on their menu but an "admin" user does not have access to the controlled Directory option or ready access to their profile. For "admin" users, the profile behind their profile picture above the ministry does not allow access to all options, particularly Volunteering. You will not be disappointed. Pros Here is the revised version in American English: --- ChMeetings is an outstanding platform for supporting church management. The learning curve is extremely short, and the support provided for migration from other systems is excellent. It offers one of the most comprehensive feature sets I have seen, covering everything from diocesan structures to local ministries within individual churches. It manages all aspects, from people and accounting to church events and one-on-one follow-up. The integration with payment services is seamless and efficient. Technical and functional support is prompt and accurate when addressing bugs or issues. The mobile app is especially useful, providing members with personalized information such as their contributions and group memberships. The platform also ensures a high level of security by implementing strong password policies and multi-factor authentication. Finally, the value for money is fully aligned with the range and quality of services offered. Cons The automatic translation is not accurate (at least for Spanish), although the technical team is available to review and improve it based on user suggestions. The text messaging feature relies on services that are no longer available in Europe. There is also a lack of bank integration for European banks. I asked tons of questions before ever even signing up. Once I did, nothing changed; the ChMeetings team still treated me as before, like a top customer. Anytime I had a question or raised a ticket, they were quick to respond and help out. I've had some unique migration needs and consolidated 3 different software into ChMeetings with little help. I'm now able to handle most things from one user interface. So far the software is amazing at covering my needs and if not the support team helps find a way to make it happen. Overall, my experience with ChMeetings has been wonderful! I'd highly recommend them over some of the other big names in the space because with ChMeetings I don't just feel like another number. Pros ChMeetings has a good support staff and development team. They get out updates and new features speedily and are quick to respond. The cost point is very competitive and the software gives you everything you need to consolidate to one piece of Church Management software. Cons Some of the more in-depth features are still lacking compared to some of the other main players in the Church Management software field. That said, ChMeetings is quickly developing and seems eager to catch up to the same level as the other big names out there. Pros We have a small church which is gradually growing so I love the simplicity of learning Chmeetings, and also the members fees value, user access, security of owners access and what each position has access to is great, also texting each member as a group is awsome, contributions are made easy to obtain, and mobile access is great when I am away from my lap top. Thank you! Cons 1000 text/emails went up from 10 dollars to 15 dollars, is really the only thing that I did not like, but I understand.
