We use it to reach out and message our congregation with our team. Once we set up online giving through them, it keeps each donor's tithe neatly organized. Cons I don't love their email platform. It seems laggy. I don't love that they up-sale me every time I log in. I don't want to be reminded later. This system allows me to easily reach out to members, send schedules when assignments are needed for serving. The confirmation message is also very helpful so that the acknowledgement is one click. No need to log in or develop another email to confirm Pros The ease of learning the system and having all of the information that I need on the dashboard. Using the customized email is the most appreciated features. Everyone reaches back and thanks me for the beautiful email. Cons Would like to add people to the email who are not members, but first time visitors. This would keep all of the outgoing emails within this system - instead of from my personal email representing the church. The church team have loved using it and has made our life alot easier. Has definitely taken us to the next level when it comes to church admin. Pros Has Everything you need for church management at a great price. We love the administration side along with the easy payment method. We also love the communication side where it allows us to send messages to our congregants. A great feature is also the child checkin. Cons Not being able to transpose chord charts automatically like Planning center, but at the same time it is not that big of a con. This is not onlu convenient but it makes me feel confident that I can get help when developing something new in the app. Pros It is very friendly to use, Im not a tech person and It was very easy to leanr how to use it. The monthly charge is way better than competitors, reports are funtional and practical to share with executive team. Cons I would suggest to improve the spanish translation when changing lenguage in the app, eventhough it is undestandable, it is true that it uses a very unnatural tanslations that needs a double check when using the app in spanish. I love the fact that we can check children in for service and utilize the option for lesson plans. The software is updating often, and works for our church. Pros I like the ease of navigating the software. It's pretty self explanatory but they also have Help to help answer any questions. Also pricing is reasonable especially starting off with a small number of church members since we launched. Cons If I'm remembering correctly, I don't think you can view the contribution statements before sending the email to make sure everything is correct. You can view each persons statement reports but not sure if before you hit send you can view just to double check everything.
