I'm so glad we changed shipping partners to Metrobi! Pros Metrobi offers highly flexible shipping options for a range of shipping needs. For my context of high-volume perishable food deliveries, it offered the flexibility I needed with a stellar network of drivers that I can depend on. Metrobi's chat function is a complete game-changer, as there are last-minute fixes such as address updates or stop deletions that I can simply ask they take care of. Then they just notify me when done! It is orders of magnitude better than any other shipping solution on the market as far as I am currently aware. Cons The platform at times can be hard to navigate, specifically the map viewer. At times driver routes are hard to distinguish and the driver location icons are not updated in real time. Pros Metrobi has been great for us so far, but often times we find it difficult to get a driver assigned and it causes concerns when it’s a high priority delivery. The developments to the platform have been great and the notifications are a bonus. The ability to manage in house and driver for hire is great.
