My experience has been quire a mixed bag so far: For simple flight-only bookings it works and is functional; for anything else, I would like to avoid using it because it makes my life harder.

Pros

The one positive thing is that the billing and paying process is relatively streamlined and straightforward.

Cons

There are three problems that I generally encounter with L&P: 1. Merging all hotels and offers makes it very untransparent - you don't know which provider you have, how the hotel will receive you, etc.. Additionally, given the missing sorting and almost dysfunctional filter functions makes it very difficult to find the actual best price! 2. I'm regularly in situations that L&P fails to list possible connections and offers. This holds especially true for train journeys - for obvious reasons, that really impacts the usefulness 3. Re-bookings and other service requests are complicated, cumbersome, and often inefficient - especially in situations of time crunches, this is really frustrating

Pros

Relaxed way to find trains and hotels and flights. Very flexible Tool. Easy to handle. Very good customer service.

Actually not worth mentioning. Maybe to add missing the easy way to book flights with Ryanair or Wizzair

The user interface is very intuitive and the concierge service is excellent. They react quickly and efficiently

Cons

Booking low cost airlines and hotels do not always work well and instantly like with booking.com. It takes sometimes to long to get a confirmation back for hotels in particular.

Pros

I started using L&P some month ago and everything was progressing nicely as expected. Having no problem with this services is usually great news as there are always problems. However, when one of my flights got cancelled, their CS team was superb, 10/10. They dealt with the claim and managed to get my flight reimbursed straight away. Moreover, we were in constant contact through mail and they answer very swiftly all my replies.

Cons

The check-in is automatic, which is great as you do not have to worry about anything. However, a couple of times I have been given a seat on the very last row, which nobody likes.

Overall the experience is better then in the software which we used before. The implementation is easy but the implementation team has a low technical knowledge in some cases for integration. This makes it more complicated.

Pros

Easy too use for endusers. Sync and SSO work Entra makes the integration easier. Good prices for hotels.

Cons

Search is slow and only show results after all searches are done. Filter the prices in a hotel not possible. If you only want to see the price with breakfast and able to cancel you have to scroll sometimes very long.

Very easy to book my tickets and always the best pricing. I understand that it gets data from a wide range of platforms. As a corporate client, I an very satisfied with the service. I used it many times and always had a pleasant experience. The support is also great! It is very helpful on business trips.

Cons

Sometimes you would have to wait for your business trip confirmation, but it is completely normal because your supervisors would need to confirm the trip.

As a company management tool, it's very convenient and systematic. However, its support for overseas business travel is still far from perfect.

As a company management software, the system is streamlined, making application and approval very convenient.

Cons

Booking hotels abroad is a disaster; you can't find the hotel you need. When ordering train tickets in Germany, it's often difficult to find the train you want, but bahn.de makes it easy.

Using them for few month. Until now all seems to work very good and I am happy to have an assistant when is coming to traveling. The possibility of buying Group tickets is something that I like very much.

Pros

I recently had an issue related to my legal name on my Lanes & Planes account, and I reached out to their customer service for support. I was impressed by how quickly they responded and how efficiently they handled my case. Not only were they prompt, but they also offered a creative, out-of-the-box solution that could solve my issue smoothly. Great experience—excellent customer support!

Cons

The experience until now was very good and I could not find anything to complain about. Maybe just to mention that the solution came in the second reply as the first reply to my question was quite standard.

Very helpful, every-time I go in contact with the platform with questions or need for help they came back at me super quick, most times at the same day.

My overall feedback is pretty good - I've used other platforms in the past and Lanes & Planes doesn't fall behind in any aspect. Very satisfied overall

Pros

Everything is integrated with company info, there is no need to re enter any info. You can book flights for multiple people without any assle, it works pretty well. Automatic check ins are a plus as well

Cons

There is not much to say here, maybe except for the website onbording workflow that shows everytime I log in although I've been using the platform for months now. German vs English language is mixed in a couple of screens as well, but nothing much

I like that it is easy to use and removes a lot of overhead for business travels.

Cons

If you are going to a very small airport, sometimes the connections do not appear on the standard search. But you can use the concierge service in that case.

Only true full-service solution which helps to widely automate the corporate travel process including cost management. Eases travel for all employees while reducing hidden costs of travel. Seamless integration into finance backend. App which helps to reduce receipt handling.

They keep adding features and improving on a day to day basis. Nothing we really miss at this point in time.

Replaced our old ("manual" solution) with Lanes&Planes and since then had no issue with the software. As could based isntallation was easy and training limited to 2 video calls. Employees like it because they can decide on hotels and have transparency on cost/options - accounting likes it because it made their live easier.

\* Easy to implement \* Very attractive pricing \* Based on "self service" concept with maximum support if required \* Extending booking tool into bookkeeping - reflecting German legal requirements and reducing workload for accounting department \* Scales easily with the company

The CS wanted me to call them but I was already on the plane. CS understood the case pretty quickly when I did not make the call. I believe she made a quick analysis of my flight and rebooked it based on my email request. That to me is really important when CS is able to understand the situation and make appropriate and timely resolution.

Pros

The quick action from their CS to rebook a flight that we will surely miss due to a delay from another flight.

Cons

It took a while to cancel l/rebooking via app, my other colleague is not able to do it at all thus i sent email to CS
