Ich verwende das Tool fast wöchentlich und bin damit in Summe zufrieden. Wir hatten früher mit anderen Plattformen gearbeitet, die weniger nutzerfreundlich waren.

Pros

Einfaches Management aller Reisen, sowohl als Geschäftsführer (gibt mir die Sicherheit, dass sich alle an die Regeln halten) als auch als Nutzer, da ich eine Seite habe auf der ich alles buchen kann und bei komplexeren Buchungen (zB. Dreiecksflügen) auf eine Hotline zugreifen kann, die sehr motiviert und freundlich ist.

Cons

Es gibt einige Details, die stören, die aber keine Dealbreaker sind. Dazu gehört zB kein Hinterlegen von Loyalty Karten von Mietwägen, nicht immer friktionsfrei funktionierende Vorauszahlung bei Hotels (bzw. versuchtes "Upselling" im Hotel mit der hinterlegten Kreditkarte), etwas mühsame MFA mittels link / code, komplexe Abwicklung von nachträglicher Sitzplatzreservierung, Mietwagenvorschläge außerhalb von Flughäfen (muss man jedes Mal ausschalten) und vor allem, unübersichtliche Angebotsliste von Hotelzimmern mit zahlreichen nicht buchbaren Angeboten, die die Reihenfolge verändern.

Ich hatte nun das erste mal mit dem Support von Lanes & Planes zu tun, da eine Hotelbuchung von mir im Datum fehlerhaft angelegt war. Trotz das eigentlich keine Stornooption gegeben war, konnte der Support in weniger als 30 Min und das am Abend, klären, dass die Umbuchung doch möglich gemacht wurde.

Pros

Mit Lanes & Planes kann ich schnell und einfach Hotels und die Anreise zu diesen für meinen Geschäftsreisen in einer Plattform buchen und danach auch meine Spesen abrechnen.

Cons

Anfangs muss man sich mit der Nutzeroberfläche, wo man sein Konto findet, etc. kurz auseinander setzen. Wenn man das zweimal gemacht hat, passt das aber. Vereinzelt sind wohl nicht alle möglichen Hotels in Lanes&Planes zu finden, was bisher für mich noch kein Problem dargestellt hat.

Ich habe keinerlei Probleme bei der Reiseabwicklung gehabt und der Support für Probleme bei der Anmeldung ist auch sehr schnell und hat die einzelnen Schritte gut erklärt.

Pros

Super einfache Abwicklung und gute Suchfunktion. Der Support ist wirklich flott und mir wurden sehr detaillierte Schritt für Schrittanleitungen zugesendet.

Cons

für Portale wie Airbnb ist eine extra Anmeldung erforderlich, allerdings ist das nur ein kleines Manko, danach funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

einfach, schnell und für meine Bedürfnisse geeignet. Alle meine Anforderungen werden durch Lanes&Planes abgedeckt

Cons

Dass bei meinen Reisefreigaben jedes Mal ein neues Fenster aufgeht. Die APP ist weniger gut aufgebaut, die Website umso besser.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich habe das erste Mal Lanes & Planes genutzt und freue mich darauf, die nächste Reise darüber ebenfalls zu buchen.

Pros

Alles aus einer Hand, und die Bezahlung wird direkt über die Platform mit meiner Firma geklärt. Ich kann reisen, und muss mich nicht mit dem Einreichen der Rechnungen herumschlagen. Die Filtermöglichkeiten bei den Flügen haben mir gut geholfen.

Cons

Kein wirkliches L&P Thema, aber aus der Vielzahl aus Hotels zu wählen war schwierig. Ich brauchte lange, um mich zu entscheiden. Letztendlich waren die 30min die die Auswahl reserviert bleiben vorbei, und ich musste neu anfangen.

Pros

Der Kundenservice ist sehr gut. Kurze Wartezeiten und kompetenter Service, der auch kurzfristige (Um-)buchungen für Flüge, Bahnfahrten, Hotels etc. vornehmen kann.

Cons

Innerhalb der Browser-Plattform ist die UI manchmal verbesserungswürdig, beispielsweise ist die Standardsuche immer Flug + Hotel. Wenn man nur einen Flug buchen möchte, ist der entsprechende Button erst nach Flugauswahl und etwas versteckt zu finden.

Es vereinfacht die gesamte Reiseplanung und die Abrechnung, spart Zeit und sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Pros

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Bearbeitung. Freundlicher Service. Sehr gute Plattform für Dienstreisen - alle Buchungen von einem Ort. Abrechnung direkt mit der Firma, Mitarbeiter müssen keine Vorkasse leisten

Cons

Bisher noch keine negativen Erfahrungen mit Lanes & Planes gemacht. Die mobile App könnte stabiler laufen.

Insgesamt sehr einfach zu bedienen und komfortabel. Auch klasse, dass es einen Kundenservice gibt, der schnell reagiert und bspw. bei Umbuchungen sehr hilfreich ist. Wirklich ein Reisebüro in der Tasche.

Pros

Super einfach zu bedienen, auch von unterwegs. Alles aus einer Hand - Zug, Flug, Hotel, Mietwagen. Das macht es einfach eine Komplettreise mit wenig Klicks zügig buchen zu lassen. Durch hinterlegte Reisekostenrichtlinien kann man sich auch sicher sein, dass alles "korrekt" fürs Finance Team läuft.

Cons

Die Hotel Übersicht lädt manchmal etwas sehr lang. Ich gehe meistens über die Karte, um Hotels in einer Umgebung zu finden - die Auswahl des passenden Hotels könnte dann etwas zügiger geladen werden, um den Buchungsprozess abzuschließen.

intuitiv Nutzbar, tolle Oberfläche und auf unsere Unternehmensbedürfnisse angepasst Mitarbeiter müssen nicht in Vorkasse gehen, Rechnungslegung erfolgt über Rechnungslegung durch L&P

Cons

teilweise nicht alle Hotels angezeigt, obwohl z. B. bei Booking.com verfügbar --> aber dann möglich über individuelle Anfrage
