They brought a highly competent and hardworking project team to implement the solution, and they are providing excellent support now that we are in run mode. Pros Kleinschmidt has a great team of people with really strong skills in the technical aspects of EDI integration as well as in project management and business analysis. Cons We had a very good experience with Kleinschmidt and there truthfully were no "lowlights" in this project. Switched from [Sterling](https://www.capterra.com/p/165201/Sterling-Talent-Solutions/) Our GENTRAN product was old and out of support, and it resided on a server level that was no longer supported. I understand that this company can perform at a very high level, but that is not the experience that we had. We would have stuck with Kleinschmidt had they been able to remedy the issues faced in a timely manner. Pros On paper, this performs all the services that we need. Quick/instant data transfer in load tenders, full report guide to ensure we are upholding the standards of our customers. Cons Ran into integration issues which were messing up dates and load details, we were then met with a support team that couldn't seem to remedy the repeated issues.
