Fairly simple when it comes to entering the hours but despite using it for a while it is somewhat confusing

Pros

I am just the user but it helps track your time/ separate the task you have been doing which allows you to generate a report and help you work on how to improve

Cons

I think its hard to locate certain codes for certain work. For example the company i work in has lots of code for different work.

The software was okay for entering time by projects, but it was hard to customize and create reports based on adaptable features.

Pros

The ability to quickly enter time on projects.

Pros

As a user of Dovico software in a mid-sized company, I've found the software to be a reliable and useful tool for tracking employee time and managing projects. One of the biggest pros of Dovico is its ease of use. The software has a clean and user-friendly interface, making it easy for employees to track their time and for managers to manage projects. The software also provides a range of tools for managing projects, including time tracking, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. The software also offers integrations with a range of other business applications, including QuickBooks, Xero, and FreshBooks.Another major advantage of Dovico is its flexibility. Overall, I find that Dovico does what I expect it to do. It allows me to submit my hours to my supervisor. The UI and workflow can use some simplifications.

Pros

This software allows me to submit my timesheet and hours to the project supervisor. It does what I expect time tracking software to do.

Cons

The timesheet doesn't allow to input hours without inputting notes/descriptions for what is done. The web interface elements looks a bit old and UI is not very intuitive. I have to create timesheet, add timesheet and manually input the descriptions.

Dovico has been very helpful in approving bi-weekly payroll and we have had no issues with its service. Very dependable!

Pros

I like that you can add as many lines as you like for any employee. You can add lines for different uses for time off and additionally, lines that can be attributed to certain tasks or projects. This is very helpful as a supervisor to see how employees are spending their time.

Cons

Dovico dashboard is not intuitive, in my opinion. You have to be very familiar with the software to know where to navigate from the home screen.

I miss being able to use this to track my time!

Pros

I used this software to track my time usage for the projects I was on. Although the interface was simple, it got the job done. I was able to easily track my time, and it does that well. We switched to a new product recently, and it is so much worse than Dovico!

Cons

My only complaint about this software is that the interface might use a little updating. But the backend works well.

Does extacly what it advertises. Customer service is fast and reliable.

Pros

Very easy to set up and use. Reports are very useful and can be customized.

Cons

No usable billing function. No integration to other large project management software. The interface looks dated.

As an accountant for a manufacturing company, I’ve been very satisfied using Dovico’s time tracking software for our business’ time (expense) tracking needs. We have multiple companies under one umbrella corporation, and we have employees that frequently split their time between jobs for our different companies. With Dovico I’m able to track the time spent by employees on different projects. I can easily pull a report that shows me the details of the labor by person, project and task. It’s a good tool that gets the job done and fits our needs very well.

Pros

Great report writing feature that allows you to customize reports to your needs and is easy to use. I often find my self customizing reports for one reason or another, to pull specific data that we need to look at. The report writing tool is intuitive to use and plenty robust. Reports can be generated and imported into spreadsheets for analysis.

Cons

The software is great, and I have no complaints. Now if only I could get all employees to make sure to record their hours on time each week without being prompted multiple times…!

Good process to manage the internal project under development by the engineers. I need to expend more time evaluating others possibility to use the system inside of company to manage others information from the projects under development.

Pros

Usability and Process to create new project initiative.

Cons

It is not possible to customize a report based on user necessity without a special software. It is not easy to find APIs to integrate Dovico with others systems available inside of company. I want to integrate Dovico Timesheet with payroll system available inside of company to get human cost per hour automatically every month.
