Pros I like that it is easy to use when I am on the Desktop. It helps Residents access guest passes and passes for themselves. By them having access it helps me focus more on my job and less on helping them. Cons I don't like that on my mobile phone the screen will not fully show on the pop ups when registering a vehicle or guest pass. Residents have mentioned they sometimes can't log-in. Reasons for choosing Reliant Parking I was not employed when this choice was made.
