Pros Aucun! Nous avons utilisé ce logiciel en suivant les conseils d'une autre association pour organiser une collecte de fonds à l'occasion d'un festival jeune public dans les Bouches du Rhône et, au regard de notre expérience extrêmement négative, nous conseillons vivement de ne pas l'utiliser. Le compte n'est pas sécurisé. Cons HelloAsso a clôturé notre compte en amont de notre événement pour l'accorder à une association Homonyne. Il faut comprendre que toute notre communication pour notre campagne de dons, affiches et flyers, renvoyait vers le compte de l'autre association grâce au QR code fourni par HelloAsso. Lorsque nous avons identifié ce dysfonctionnement, nous avons alerté HelloAsso. HelloAsso n'a mis aucune action correctrice en oeuvre pour résoudre cette situation avant le festival, ni accordé de dédommagement depuis. Après 3 mois d'échanges avec HelloAsso, la responsable de l'équipe accompagnement nous a confirmé qu'aucun remboursement ne pourra être effectué". Conséquence pour notre association, nous avons reçu 0€ lors de notre collecte de fonds et 0€ de dédommagement.
