O sensedata permite enviar comunicações personalizadas de acordo com a etapa da jornada que o cliente está.

Cons

A parte do analytics poderia se mais robusta, permitindo extrair relatórios mais completos sobre a interação das contas com as comunicações. Também seria interessante ter uma ferramenta de Teste A/B automatizado
