Relatient is very user-friendly And pricing was reasonable for the functions that it offered. Bi directional integration Was great, but our EMR did not allow for cancellations on the schedule without manual process

Pros

It Was very easy to use, and it confirmed our appointments automatically. The reporting functionality was great.. Customer support was very useful.

Cons

The one thing I do not like about relation is it does not remove the appointments from the schedule when they are canceled. That was a manual process for us due to the directional integration with our EMR.

Is a nice system, but found a better one that is more compatible with PM software

We liked the ability to block patients from using online scheduler.

It did not have the best compatibility with our practice management software

They have been responsive. We work well with their team through our EMR.

Pros

I like the capabilities of Relatient. They are lacking in a few areas. We are hoping they will expand their services. If not, I will need to move to another company.

Cons

We use them for reminders. THe patients had difficulty understanding who RELATIENT was. We needed them to change the name the text, email and call came from. It needed to be us. They do not have all information that we needed, they are working on it.

Using Relatient has really helped to save time in the clinic by getting our confirmations done in a timely manner and allowing us to fill 98% of our schedule daily.

Pros

It helps to save time by sending out patient reminders starting 5 days out. It takes away from my staff having to call 90 patients a day to confirm.

Cons

When we reschedule the patients it doesn’t allow us to change the stays to update properly.

they were helpful in setup and anytime i have a question they return my call promptly

1.frees up time calling and confirming patients 2. patient's who cancel automatically drop off the schedule so others can book that time. 3. I get an encrpyted list of all cancellations and confirmations along with message left and no answers

I would have recommended them before, but now, never. Since they took their customer support overseas - I am looking for alternative solutions, because the support I am receiving for the price that we pay, is not OK.

Pros

they offer a lot of great services, when they work.

Cons

their customer service used to be their saving grace, I've had issues, but I would call and get it taken care of. Now I have many open tickets and get no where and can't call to get any thing solved. It is bad, really bad.

Reasons for choosing Relatient

We used Solutions Reach - but they did not allow us to have different reminders for different appointment types. Your drop down did not offer that as a choice.

Pros

We love the ability to customize the scheduling ability for each individual. This was previously a huge issue of scheduling errors and this product was able to decrease those errors tremendously

Cons

My only dislike would be that it does not currently allow you to make changes in a group setting, you must make edits individually and this can be tedious.
