Suite, it helps us to do our daily work in the currently most efficient way. It enables us to do changes in project online in the background without bothering the users. Pros The automatic backup functionality and the possibility to change & adjust project online data in a mass processing Cons In combination with our system landscape the performance is not very good. It takes some time to upload changed project data. We are still making our experiences and are trying to adjust our system. The function to change & edit project data lacks the possibility to make more sophisticated selections on the dataset before downloading data. Suite is able to differentiate between the different objects to be backup-ed (e.g. Project data, Sharepoint etc.). Other products are just taking Project data, but not the objects attached to the projects (which does not fit to our requirements as we need ALL data refering to the project). Suite is a great app and I recommend this product" January 27, 2021 5.0 Pros Our company has been using Microsoft Project/Online for more than a decade now and FluentPro has been a great third-party tool enabling us to automate tasks like bulk updates. It also a great tool to use in migrating projects and project sites from one tenant to another. We also use this tool when we deploy workflows. And another feature that I am grateful for is the one that provides you configuration summary, comparison of configuration between tenants as well. Cons There is really nothing to like except that there could be more improvement on ease of use. Functionality wise it is working but I believe there are areas that can be improved. Pros With FluentPro we set the backup of our PowerBI environment very quickly and effectively.We had a quick and effective traning, then we configure the service and schedule the backup.We did all of this in few hours without any glitches or issues. Since our PWA has many custom fields and other customizations, this product is basically lifesaver, since we experienced Project Online data loss before, and that was a horrific experience. The entire process of backup/restore is automated, so it doesn't take much time to work with this software. The product meets all the requirements that we have and a nice bonus is outstanding customer support where people really do care. Pros 1\. Secure Azure-based backup for Project Online 2. Automated, hands-free backup, not too much effort needed for support and maintenance 3. Flexibility, meaning that you can choose different scenarios for different data/projects 4. It is possible to backup not only Sharepoint, but also the configuration of the PWA 5. Money vs. value balance is good Cons The interface could have been better, but since it's not necessary to interact with the software too often due to automation, it's actually fine. Pros Ease of System - set it and forget it - almost! Cons The initial configured backup seemed to include projects that were working and/or template projects which we didn't need to back up. However it then seemed impossible to exclude those from the projet count which meant that the usable project backup was well below the 25 file limit. Would have been nice to be able to delete inadvertently backed up projects/templates so that the 25 project limit remains unaffected. Reason for choosing FluentPro G. A.
