Our donors enjoy receiving ThankViews for stewardship. Everyone in our office was able to learn the program quickly! The support for ThankView is excellent too. It makes connecting to uninvolved alumni so much easier and puts the human aspect back into supporting a tangible experience like education. Cons I wish that the email testing feature was a little better. The content you type and what you see in preview on the message page are out of sync. It's also so easy to retarget those who haven't opened the email. I love it! Pros How simple the platform is at large. So many systems and products are outdated or still work like dinosaurs. ThankView beats them all. Their retargeting and metrics are very helpful and easy to use. Cons I'd like more custom fields. I really don't have very many grievances. I wish I didn't have to email someone to delete my contacts when I'm done using them, but I understand why it's like that. I enjoy learning about individual campaigns and all campaigns. Thankview allows you to see everything about the contacts you sent an email to and it's great data. Cons All videos are saved in Thankview once someone records it and that creates a large library. Also, it can be hard to search the library because videos aren't saved with a specific title.
