Pros

I like being able to display our metrics. It's very easy to highlight when people reach a certain target or goal!

Cons

We have had some issues with displaying a certain metric or setting a goal. But their support team has always helped up find a work around.

There are a lot of business tools out there wanting your attention and money. Most of these do very similar things and end up cluttering your life. Radiant solves an important problem for us: integrating our online menus into our in-store lobby displays as well as communicate important information to our staff via a back of house display. Onboarding was easy and engaged and continues to be so. There are a lot of moving parts to getting what we needed done, and the team handled all of those quickly and without issue.

Pros

As a small, fast casual restaurant we were looking for a digital menu solution as well as a way to communicate important information like daily sales, weekly calendar and inspirational messeages to our staff. We use Toast and was able to fully integtrate our Toast menu, including design styling to be fully responsive to our online Toast menu. We worked with a small team, including an incredible coder to make this happen. We continiue to receive weekly or monthly check-in's from them about how the service and tools are going. Once onboarded we are easily able to update our content or add new modules. Coming from using a usb stick with a jpeg to put our menus on the screens, this is a huge upgrade. The added bonus that it's affordable and no contract only makes this better.

Cons

We wish that there were even more enhanced features for resturants specifically. As this is mainly a business tool, I understand but they could really crush it in the hospitality space with additional tools that restaurants are looking for. The good news is that they have listed to our suggestions and may be including us in future beta testing.

### "Poor Customer Support Raydiant"

It was a 10 and went to a zero. When I bought Radiant I used to be able to talk to a human and I rarely needed them as the software was and is easy to use, but around August 2024 they got rid of many employees and now only communicate with you over text. The response rate is slow and business \[sensitive content hidden\] do not have time to play text message games. We have little time and texting back and forth requires 15-30 minutes of wasted time. There staff is not in the USA either. I cannot even get a sales person to call me back. I wanted to add another device back in 2024 and no one would call me to talk about plans.

Pros

Raydiant in 2022-8/2024 was a great company and since they moved to a "no" human experience it is almost impossible to work with them.

Cons

There is no way to talk to someone of the phone. They only allow text message. They over charge your credit card and there is no one to talk to for refunds. You have to text them.

It was easy to setup and implement with just a short training session from the vendor. We were able to get our integrated menus up and running quickly.

Cons

I wished the integrated POS menu features had more options to incorporate design features within the menu.

No more USB sticks or dreaded DVDs, which has been great. It is super fast to create and deploy quality content. It's been great.

Pros

Raydiant is the easiest streaming device I've found for setting up and administering. Definitely client-friendly, too!

Cons

Nothing about the service or hardware to dislike, that I've come across. I guess some integrations with other business SAAS companies would be nice.

Overall, Raydiant has been a lifesaver. Their support is above par. I'm not saying things don't go wrong sometimes, but they are always available to help and they will not stop until it is resolved.

Pros

Before Raydiant, we had to climb a lot of ladders to change out content or connect HDMI cords. Raydiant gives us the ability to change content on the fly and remotely. It also allows us to do our trivia nights across 15 different devices.

Cons

It does have some glitches occasionally, specifically with disconnecting from the network. We have to manually go in and reboot, but it's rare and the benefits far outweigh the costs.

As I've stated, this tool has changed the game in our team's performance and engagement. Teams have the choice to log in an self inspect. Raydiant removes that choice and motivates teams to continuously strive and succeed. Also, I'd be remissed if I didn't highlight how amazing their customer success is. I've managed quite a few vendor relationships and Raydiant stands apart. Whether it's needing some quick instruction via call or a question sent over via email - solutions are almost immediate and extremely clear.

Pros

Raydiant has helped us stimulate our teams and create a results driven culture. I've also seen huge improvements with process adoption and the ability to capture accurate and desirable results simply because broadcasting fuels the user's to follow key processes so they show up on the board! It's really a win-win across all impacted business units. A favorite from our teams are the celebrations and challenges, the days get very active with those two features!

Cons

I'm very satisfied with Raydiant. If I'm looking for something to put here, I'd have to nit pick. When adding an extension to a teams chat, it would be nice if that triggered the display to pop up in a window instead of directly in the application.

### "Guest Communication Made Easy"

When it comes to promoting our events internally, posters have been the standard operating procedure. When we switched to the Raydiant screen, we saved on printing and with video posters that are animated, our events got way more attention.

Pros

Raydiant has made it so easy to connect with our guests. We use two different screens. One is our special's board. We love that it connects with Toast, our POS system. We update the specials in our POS system and the Raydiant special's board updates automatically. The other screen is used as our events marquee. We not only save on printing posters, but get even more attention with animated posters!

Cons

The initial setup can be a little tricky in the beginning without customer support, but once you are up and running, it is very easy to maintain. Thankfully, when I have had issues, their team is right on top of it.

Raydiant recognizes when sales development representatives on our team take one step closer to their goal/quota and when they hit their goal. It also allows for the SDR to show their personality by picking their own song.

Pros

Increases the energy level on the team and the excitement when a team member gets a sale and their video that they picked goes off for the whole team to see and recognize.

Cons

We have 10 screens on in our sales department and it's tough getting them all synced up at the same time when an alert goes off. If that could be rectified, that would be a nice touch.

Pros

How easy it is to use. Also with the features they provide allow you to create great advertising with no need to spend hours learning how to use it.

Not much to say here some times you have to reload the page to get the playlist to publish.

Pros

For us, Raydiant created an opportunity to connect our locations with up-to-date information. As a small non-profit, having the ability to update our various screens at different locations without sending one staff member all over saved time and ultimately let us use that time to better serve our mission.

Cons

We had a little bit of a learning curve to understand how the platform worked, but the customer support was stellar, and now we have no trouble at all!
