Pros Billing is quick. Completing G702703 is pretty much fool proof. I can see when the billing window opens without relying on contacting the GC accounting department. Cons Many times there is conflicting information regarding billing instructions. The check off list will say a notary is required; however, the document does not need to be notarized. Also, as someone with severe bone on bone arthritis in my hands, having to click repetitively in your check off list is excruciating. There needs to be a check all box. Cons GC cannot edit or create pay applications on behalf of a subcontractor like in Procore. (it's just needed sometimes.) I didn't have to spend any more time then I need to to get paid. Pros I liked how simple it was to submit change orders and payments. I also liked how the payments are individually listed, and the statuses are recorded. Cons There was a slight learning curve but it wasn't awful. Normally if there was an issue it was on GCPay but the party paying me.
