It is difficult at first to get your head around with there being so much to learn

Excellent with a real smooth migration process. Very easy to deal with and the communication was top draw.

Pros

We have just migrated from v1 to v2 and the whole process was brilliant. Really well managed and it went without issues. The person, \[sensitive content hidden\], assigned to manage the project for us had great communication and knew all the answers to every question I had. Very knowledgeable.

Cons

Only con was the slight delays we had with some dates slipping due to the migration of data but as it wasn't urgent this didn't matter too much.

Poor service and features. The sessions section never moved out of BETA mode and fixes were very slow. Unable to purchase sessions in bulk was a big issue for end users and we were also unable to take a register of attendance. All our users are now under one product with loveadmin, so only ever one sign up too.

An efficient system that makes our admin so much easier and quicker and such a simple way for us to collect subs

Easy to navigate. The online guides are really handy and easy to use. Help when on the telephone, when needed.

Cons

Email wasn’t totally user friendly, changing the font and layout did not always work as expected - but this was on V1 - the emailed l changes on V2 are great

The product works well and takse so much pain out of our previous membership processes. The support team are always available to help and assist with any issues or guidance required. Very happy that we chose this product for our club.

Innovative, powerful and cuastomer friendly tool that has greatly simplified and integrated our rugby club's membership process. The support team provide superb help and guidance for new users and are very responsive to any issues raised with them.

Cons

There is initially a bit of a learning curve for admins but the support team help you every step of the way and have endless patience and positivity.

I run my own busy stage School 'Characters Stage School" and I have found that Love Admin has enhanced my business, in many ways including freeing me up for other tasks while parents book on to courses automatically. Love Admin's support service is excellent, , with my queries usually being answered the same day and there are opportunities to have regular support zoom calls Their team help me to understand and trouble shoot problems efficiently, and I'm never made to feel stupid-they're very patient. This one- to - one support is priceless in this day and age and is opposite to the frustrating experience I have had with many other customer services in various banks/businesses I deal with.. All in all I have seen that my turnover has increased since signing up to Love Admin as I think parents like a system that they can just get on with booking into, rather than lots of emails /phone calls with me backwards and forwards. and it has freed up my time in that respect. The onboarding did take a while to get ued to, but now I am familiar with the system, it works efficiently,The team are also witlling o look into and design new services, and products, such as a ticketing system I recenly set up. It's not perfect as it doesn't include seating plans and allocated tickets, but it has meant I dont have to go through a traditional box office system, many of which add on large booking fees.

Pros

Customer service and an easy-to use, efficient system for my customers which frees up time for me. It means I can see each customer's financial and email history all in one place, without having to scroll through enless emails, the way I did things before..

Cons

There isnt a phone app. You can tick in students on registers etc on your phone, but doing anything more advanced is a bit clunky.We also some initial teething problems with setting up payment systems.

Before - we used spreadsheets and cash! The system is much easy for taking payments overall, it also keeps an ongoing register of attendance. I think the system could do more for us but that requires greater understanding of the system and time!

Pros

I always find my queries are answered promptly - usually by the next day. The advise is always helpful, positive and often with accompanying videos to show me what part of the system to go to and in what order.

Cons

I think the link up with PayPal can be clunky and does not always go through easily for our customers. This could be down to PayPal. I do find that a small percentage of our customers find it difficult to sign up for our sessions because areas are 'greyed out' - particularly when needing to add other members of the family to a session request.

From the very beginning, she’s been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly for us. Any time we hit a bump or had questions, \[sensitive content hidden\] was right there responsive, patient, and quick to sort things out. No issue was too big or too small; she made the whole setup process feel so much less overwhelming. It’s clear she truly cares about helping clubs like ours succeed, and we’re so grateful for her support. It gives complete control of club management functions. We love the instant booking facility for customers and the timetable feature that populates all of the class registers

Cons

Not a lot. When ever we find something that needs changing we ask and they are normally very responsive.

The transition over from V1 to V2 was smooth and helpful. It was great to have the team onboard. The e-learning was easy and useful. The team helped us well and was available over Christmas if we needed them.

The ease of how the parents can navigate the new V2, the shop and how easy the payments are to take.

Sometimes the buffering on V1 it sometimes didnt work on certain types of devices and also parents found to optional extras tricky to find
