The tool i need to scale and succeed in FB ads Pros OK so, the first thing is the User Experience - they hit the nail on the head. I guess when these guys said they were an 8 figure-revenue-generating ad agency prior to building madgicx, they weren't lying! Madgicx single-handedly has built all the tools you need to succeed at facebook ads. 1. Audience creation - hitting all areas of your sales funnel 2. Automation - autopilot to help you sleep well at night without getting scared you will blow your budget! 3. Creative clusters - a new way to view your best creatives and ad copy 4. Mass creation - I can create 5 campaigns in less than 5 minutes these tools were created with such detail that it shows the people behind it have successfully scaled FB campaigns MULTIPLE TIMES. Cons if I had to be really honest? there is nothing I dislike about madgicx. The one thing I would change is to have better FAQ's to be able to self troubleshoot any issues or misunderstandings one may have about the platform (such as how the core audiences and LLA's are created) Reason for choosing Madgicx It's created by a team of people who actually know a lot about media buying so it's not some bullsh\*\* product that promises to deliver and then doesn't. It's the third time in only a few months that I open Ads Manager to find that Madgicx did not activate my campaigns. It's now been 2 week in a row the rules don't work, and their tech team is still "reviewing" and does not offer an ETA. 2. AI Bidding is a joke, it always applies the same bids no matter what adset or history, and if you try to turn it off... it doesn't work. You're stuck with those bids forever. 3. FAKE AI: Their "AI Marketer" does not understand English. It's supposed to flag negative comments, however the only comments it flags as negative are... customers praising the service they received. The customer support says it flags them because there is a link in the comment... so is this "AI"?? 4. The customer support is just appalling. No support at all, very weak knowledge of their own product, consistently give the wrong information. I can confidently say that Madgicx has costed my business more in lost revenue than what their subscription is worth. STAY AWAY. Pros AI Copy insights and in general the asset insights are a good feature, when it works. It provides some interesting data about what works, but you should double check because it will miss some ad copy if you are using ad variations or flexible formats. Cons Their tech is very unreliable. Automated rules will not run on schedule, or sometimes not even run at all, and there is no warning or retries. It's is very dangerous and the single reason why i do not recommend Madgicx at all, to anyone. Their customer support is absent, unhelpful, and make mostly of bots and automated responses. It's a nice change of pace and we're happy to explore more benefits. They have a nice Customer Service & Intercom chat, so you can always ask for help. Pros Running a successful FB Ads campaign is never easy, especially for an e-commerce. We've been looking for a tool that helps us understand our audiences better, which Ads bring the most ROAS, where should we invest more money and when not to, to avoid "burning the budget". Doing it manually was exhausting, but thanks to Madgicx we were able to save a lot of valuable time and get answers we were looking for. Now we can spend more time on other marketing channels and be sure that FB will mostly run itself. It's very much like having an army of media buying professionals with you at every moment. Pros It saves every media buyer sooo much time! The ease of use and very reliable interface almost make it fool prove and help you with your day to day. Developed by media buyers for media buyers! These people really understand our needs and problems and solve them in a way they would do it for themselves and their clients. Cons There are some minor things that still need to be optimized to make the experience even better, but nothing that is stopping you from enjoying the product to the fullest. Reason for choosing Madgicx I looked at all the competitors and honestly, there is no competitor in the market. There are a couple that do some of the things that Madgicx is able to do, but none that are able to do all of the things, as well as Madgicx, does them. Marketing Director Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Terrible Company that keep taking your money even when offering no services" June 2, 2021 1.0 We informed them in early may that our business manager was restricted from managing ads, due to the disruption in our business to try to find workarounds to this no one cancelled the subscription until we got charged $147 again at the end of may. then yesterday (3 june) i sent them a message asking for a refund seeing as how no one logged in since early may we did not use their service for over a month. I clicked the cancel button and guess what happened, i see a charge for another $147 leave my company account. Imagine they charged a full month for me unsubacrobing 3 days into june after i told them the issues we were having which (im sure totally coincidentally) start3d right after we connected their software to our ad accounts. Stick to wordstream, they are honest at least. Pros Nothing. a few days after connecting this software our business manager was restricted from managing ad accounts after 10+ years of no issues and we communicated this to their team however they continued to charge us. Cons No support all the support staff are based in some third party country they appear to think small print in contracts supercedes moral values when it comes to ripping off their customers. Fast forward a year, and out of nowhere, they charged my card $180 for absolutely nothing—just because I tried logging into the platform for the service I originally bought! I have outsourced a lot of my ad account management to Madgicx, so I can focus on other things. Pros I love that I can leave the automations running, and I know the ads are taken care of without my constant monitoring. We were in a hurricane and lost power, and STILL the Artificial Intelligence engine and our specific stop-loss automations made sure we turned a profit, even when I physically couldn't look at our ad accounts. Cons Sometimes its difficult to create ads from scratch, it works better if you already have existing ads that work and let Madgicx create the audiences, not the creative. July 22, 2020 5.0 The onboarding process was very good! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was a massive help during our call and was able to get all of the major automations set up for us from the very beginning. This resulted in a much higher ROAS overall. This definitely made up for the cost of the first 3 months alone. Pros Within the first month of use we saw a huge spike in ROAS for our brand/business and I beleive a big reason for this is the automation tactics that were set up. They help to automatically kill of losing adset/creative that were blowing out our budget, as well as scaling winning adsets to really make the most money possible. Cons I do find the software a little bit confusing, but i think this is also just lack of use and i think with the amount of help and video content available within the platform, it wont take long for me to get my head around all of the features. They will allow you to safely (and automatically) scale up your ads when they're running well - or slow them down/stop them if they're not. " December 9, 2024 1.0 They have broke the EU laws regarding the communication with customer and informing customer about the end of trial. No email was sent after extension. Day after the trail ended (ihave stopped using the tool during the trial) I was charged $800! Very difficult communication and they have stopped replying in chat! Pros I was doing tests on the platform. I cant tell much about it besideds they broke GDPR and DSA EU laws. Cons Beware! They have extended my trial but forgot to tell me how they calculate 7 days of extension. Also they forgot to inform me over email that the trial is ending and they have charged me $800. Cons I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with Madgicx, a platform that I had high hopes for, but that ultimately failed to deliver on its promises.From the outset, I was met with a series of technical issues that severely hindered my ability to use the platform effectively. Despite my best efforts to work with the Madgicx support team to resolve these issues, I was met with a lack of urgency and a seeming inability to provide effective solutions.The first issue I encountered was with the Google Ads account connection, which was eventually resolved, but not without significant time and effort on my part. However, other issues persisted, including problems with catalog availability and Canvas Ads. Despite numerous attempts to rectify these issues, they remained unresolved, causing significant disruption to my business operations.Furthermore, the platform failed to accurately reflect my Facebook Ads account, with many of my ads and campaigns not appearing in Madgicx. The support team's explanation for this was unsatisfactory, suggesting that the platform could only pull assets that had already spent money on Facebook.
