. Rules only get triggered if the wind blows a certain way. It's the third time in only a few months that I open Ads Manager to find that Madgicx did not activate my campaigns. It's now been 2 week in a row the rules don't work, and their tech team is still "reviewing" and does not offer an ETA. 2. AI Bidding is a joke, it always applies the same bids no matter what adset or history, and if you try to turn it off... it doesn't work. You're stuck with those bids forever. 3. FAKE AI: Their "AI Marketer" does not understand English. It's supposed to flag negative comments, however the only comments it flags as negative are... customers praising the service they received. The customer support says it flags them because there is a link in the comment... so is this "AI"?? 4. The customer support is just appalling. No support at all, very weak knowledge of their own product, consistently give the wrong information. I can confidently say that Madgicx has costed my business more in lost revenue than what their subscription is worth. STAY AWAY.

Pros

AI Copy insights and in general the asset insights are a good feature, when it works. It provides some interesting data about what works, but you should double check because it will miss some ad copy if you are using ad variations or flexible formats.

Cons

Their tech is very unreliable. Automated rules will not run on schedule, or sometimes not even run at all, and there is no warning or retries. It's is very dangerous and the single reason why i do not recommend Madgicx at all, to anyone. Their customer support is absent, unhelpful, and make mostly of bots and automated responses.

Shopify integration is not working since 2 months The app is showing 0 new customers , can’t estimate LTV or CAC properly, and is showing a very poor ROAS But the support team is trying to convince me that appart from that everything else is « fine » with the app They say it’s a issue from Shopify and it has been into resolution since more than a month For an App that is costing that much money I would’ve expect more reliability Plus they refuse to reimburse my subscription whilst I no longer can’t use this app

I don't like the customer support this company provides.

Cons

I recently noticed that Madgcix charged me without my consent, even though I did not authorize the payment. My invoice number is \[sensitive content hidden\], and I have reached out to request a refund. This kind of practice is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company. I hope they take responsibility and process my refund as soon as possible.

HORRIBLE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

NOTHING. BEWARE OF SCAMMER. This is absolutely the most fraudulent company I’ve ever encountered. They’re nothing but a pack of scammers and thieves! I purchased a program report once, and I couldn’t even log in after paying for it. Fast forward a year, and out of nowhere, they charged my card $180 for absolutely nothing—just because I tried logging into the platform for the service I originally bought! They’re deceitful crooks who will charge you for random things if they have your card information. BEWARE of these scammers. DO NOT sign up for their services or give them any payment details. I’ll be reporting them everywhere to make sure they can’t steal from anyone else! Stay away at all costs!

They have broke the EU laws regarding the communication with customer and informing customer about the end of trial. No email was sent after extension. Day after the trail ended (ihave stopped using the tool during the trial) I was charged $800! Very difficult communication and they have stopped replying in chat!

Pros

I was doing tests on the platform. I cant tell much about it besideds they broke GDPR and DSA EU laws.

Cons

Beware! They have extended my trial but forgot to tell me how they calculate 7 days of extension. Also they forgot to inform me over email that the trial is ending and they have charged me $800. I have contacted them and they have ingored the communication. It can be done olny via chat - no email.

Worst company there is. Due to an error on the part of Madgicx, 2 accounts were created, I wanted to cancel one but that was not possible. As a result, the subscription was debited twice. In addition, add ons continue to run if you cancel the account, it is almost impossible to cancel the subscription. If I could give 0 stars I would have done so, will definitely not become a customer!

You can set up very intricate and detailed rules for campaign management, and a lot of features for any use case.

Cons

I have run into issues multiple times when some rules fire when not needed and vice versa. Some good-performing ad sets get paused and bad ones unpaused. It could be I am doing something wrong but either way, not my favorite product

In conclusion, my experience with Madgicx was deeply disappointing. The platform failed to deliver on its promises, and the customer support was inadequate. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this platform to think twice. There are other platforms out there that offer better functionality and superior customer support. Save your time, money, and frustration and look elsewhere.

I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with Madgicx, a platform that I had high hopes for, but that ultimately failed to deliver on its promises.From the outset, I was met with a series of technical issues that severely hindered my ability to use the platform effectively. Despite my best efforts to work with the Madgicx support team to resolve these issues, I was met with a lack of urgency and a seeming inability to provide effective solutions.The first issue I encountered was with the Google Ads account connection, which was eventually resolved, but not without significant time and effort on my part. However, other issues persisted, including problems with catalog availability and Canvas Ads. Despite numerous attempts to rectify these issues, they remained unresolved, causing significant disruption to my business operations.Furthermore, the platform failed to accurately reflect my Facebook Ads account, with many of my ads and campaigns not appearing in Madgicx. The support team's explanation for this was unsatisfactory, suggesting that the platform could only pull assets that had already spent money on Facebook. This is a significant limitation that was not made clear to me when I signed up for the service.

Overall Madgicx has been extremely useful and helpful as a counterpart / enhancement of Meta's Ads Manager. They are always releasing new tools to make media buying easier. One special aspect of Madgicx is their willingness to go above and beyond with customer support. They have regularly offered me free consulting calls and strategy calls even though that is something that they charge for. They are passionate about making their tools better and it really shows.

Pros

The Madgicx AI audiences intersected with interest targeting have outperformed all of my other audiences. The automation is very useful as I tend to run a lot of testing ad sets. I use their "Sprint" consulting and their consultants are really great and knowledgeable.

Cons

Ads Manager 2.0 isn't as feature-rich as Meta's Ad Manager.
