Wir arbeiten gerne mit Lexoffice und schätzen die Integration weiterer Dienste (z.B. Amazon Business). Auch die mobile App funktioniert gut, um schnell Belege zu erfassen.

Pros

Lexoffice ermöglicht einfache Belegverwaltung und eine unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater. Alle wichtigen Kennzahlen und To Dos werden auf einem Blick dargestellt.

Cons

Das Bedienkonzept ist teilweise nicht intuitiv, in einigen Bereichen sollte hier nachgebessert werden. Die angebotenen Kategorien zur Belegzuordnung sollten erweitert werden.

Ich selber habe es eine ganze Zeit lang genutzt und das war für mich auch super. Bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, wo ich den Anspruch hatte, eine korrekte Buchhaltung auf meinem PC abzubilden.

Pros

Es ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und verfügt über eine gute Rechnungerkennung.

Cons

Das buchen auf Konten im klassischen Sinne ist nicht möglich. Es tauchen dadurch immer wieder Buchungen auf, die nicht abgedeckt werden können. Für manche Branchen, dadurch sogar gänzlich ungeeignet. Zudem funktioniert die Daten Schnittstelle nur in eine Richtung. Das bedeutet, dass die Umbuchung die der Steuerberater vornimmt, nicht in Lecks Office abgebildet werden. Somit sind betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertung und Kontoauszüge schlicht gesagt nicht korrekt und müssen zur Vorlage bei zum Beispiel Banken immer vom Steuerberater angefordert werden. Auch der Überblick ist somit Nur eingeschränkt korrek. Ein großes Manko ist noch der Kunden Support. Der Kontakt ist jedes Mal langwierig und zäh. Es müssen Dinge mehrfach erklärt werden auch solche, von denen man ausgeht, dass ein Kundenservice sie bereits vorliegen haben sollte, wie zum Beispiel Dauer des Abonnements oder welche Pakete ich gebucht habe.

Ich benutze Lexoffice nun seit einiger Zeit für die Buchhaltung meines kleinen Unternehmens und bin wirklich begeistert. Die Software ist unglaublich benutzerfreundlich und ermöglicht es mir, alle finanziellen Angelegenheiten einfach und schnell zu erledigen – auch ohne tiefergehende Buchhaltungskenntnisse. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die automatische Erfassung von Belegen und die einfache Anbindung an mein Bankkonto, was mir viel manuelle Arbeit erspart. Die Steuererklärungen und Finanzberichte sind klar strukturiert und lassen sich problemlos erstellen. Zudem ist der Support sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert zügig auf Fragen. Insgesamt hat Lexoffice die Buchhaltung für mein Unternehmen deutlich vereinfacht und effizienter gemacht – eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine unkomplizierte und zuverlässige Lösung suchen!

Cons

Schwer hier einen Nachteil „zu suchen“. Einzig ist Tatsache, dass nicht mehrere Unternehmen mit einem Account bearbeitet resp. Verwaltet werden können, wäre ein Nachteil.

Lexoffice ist ein schnelles und zeitgemässes Buchhaltungsprogramm. Für Soloselbständige bis GmbH passt alles. Leider kann man nicht mehrere Firmen integrieren / einfügen. Wäre wünschenswert!!!!! Gern gegen Bezahlung

\-Scans werden manchmal nicht richtig gespeichert -manche Button sind an der falschen stelle positioniert. -KEINE KOSTENSTELLEN möglich ( ich würde sogar dafür bezahlen) -manche Eingabefelder überdominieren andere Grundfunktionen wenn mann sie beschreibt. (Zuordnung der Buchungsfälle )
