It’s easy to use, secure, and support-intensive all in one, which is a great feature set but has small points for improvement. Pros TruckX has a simple to install and simple to use interface which is ideal for truckers. It delivers stable performance with minimal connectivity risks and offers a cheap solution to remain FMCSA compliant. The 24/7 support is awesome, the logbook system is very accurate. Cons While it is a very powerful product, the report components can be tweaked only a small amount. Also sometimes the software updates are delayed, which would be better. It’s a solid, practical solution that allows me to concentrate on driving, not technical stuff. I’d definitely recommend TruckX ELD to any truck driver who needs a reliable, easy to use device that is low key and efficient. Pros TruckX ELD is super simple to set up and use, and the intuitive app allows me to monitor hours and be compliant with no fuss. I love the real-time notifications, simple logs and easy navigation that make my life as a driver easier. Moreover, TruckX’s customer support is also responsive and responsive when I call. Cons It’s only downside is that in very remote locations the GPS signal might sometimes be slow. That’s a small problem that doesn’t hinder compliance, and it’s usually pretty quick to fix. IIt’s a smooth experience with easy to use design, accurate tracking and good customer service, despite small sync issues. It’s definitely a great product I’d highly recommend to other owner-operators looking for an ELD solution that they can trust. Pros Being an owner-operator the TruckX ELD has made my life much easier. The installation was very simple and quick and I could immediately start working on it. It has a nice easy to follow UI to monitor my hours of service and do it properly. I like mainly the 24x7 customer support, so anytime I need to have some questions, I can get an answer ASAP. The real time tracking lets me be confident in my route and monitoring where my truck is. Cons The one negative that I have experienced is that sometimes the app lags at times, which delays updates.
