The support is top-notch, and they've even added some of our suggestions to the programs mere days later! Pros is incredibly simple to integrate with all of our production systems. We're able to print our inventory labels seconds after scanning new products through the powerful HTTP connections. Cons There are a few minor glitches that occasionally interrupt the printing process, like design elements shifting slightly, but they can be fixed in a few seconds. Job well done. You've taken an industry that previously had half baked products and made it a joy to work with. Support has been extremely responsive and helpful. Pros is leading the industry in label software. It isn't even close. I've previously worked with Dymo and Zebra products and Label Live is on a whole other level. Their label design process is so simple and clean. The extensive barcode support is phenomenal. The amount of integration options allows for nearly every circumstance. Cons Absolutely nothing. Pros The ease of use is phenomenal. does not over complicate the label making process. We have around 550 SKUS (Not a lot in the big picture) However, the ability to upload all of our items and then create the way we want the label to look - was very easy - I imagine this could be done with many more SKUS. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to design the label. Cons Nothing so far. We have had no issues with the software. Switched from [BarTender](https://www.capterra.com/p/80556/BarTender/) Wanted something initially that would work on both PC and MAC, but even if all we used was PC I would still use this now. Pros The simplicity of creating signage and labels that can be produced and changed via a table or spreadsheet makes it a breeze compared to multiple MS Publisher documents I used to use. I don't think it's designed to make full page or large label publication but it does just that for me. Cons I wish there was a few more features, such as a simpler way to remove digits and decimal point leaving a suffix (p/¢) however \[sensitive content hidden\] has kindly given me a script to allow this following my business's design style. Other than some quality of life designing features required I have no complaints about this app! I tried other programs, but none delivered the same level of quality, which is why I decided to buy it, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Request your free trial and see for yourself. Besides the added value of Caylan's excellent customer service, few business owners still dedicate the necessary time to their companies, and that undoubtedly makes all the difference. Pros many functions, easy to use, compatible with many printers, compatible with Mac, value for money And the best part is the customer service. Cons So far I can't say I have a con. I had needed a program like this for a long time and this is working perfectly. I use it to print price labels for records with a thermal printer (Rollo) Pros It's is easy to use I have never needed the instructions. You can move elements of the label design around and they fit into place perfectly so you can make it look correct without a lot of work. January 2, 2026 5.0 We picked up a label printer to help make sending this year's Christmas cards a bit more fun, and it certainly did! Pros Very easy to use: it detected my printer and which paper was loaded right away, and I was printing my first label in no time. The interface is very intuitive, even when importing batches of addresses from a spreadsheet. Cons Can't think of much to improve, does what it does very well. Perhaps a minor nit: when a label has been designed for a specific label size but a different one is loaded, having a dialog noting the fact, rather than just showing the label contents with the new label dimensions. Pros The user interface for designing a label is intuitive and works extremely well. The integration, while technical, is a live-saver. We were able to integrate Label.live into our exciting custom software. We use thermal, roll label printers and the built-in drivers enabled us to print an exact quantity without user input. June 30, 2022 5.0 We were really stressed out when our label software we had for over a decade no longer worked and we were printing our box labels in Word which was a nightmare with 200+ box shipments, printing one by one. But once we realized we could not generate UPCA retail price tickets we had to act fast. After a few trials with other label software companies I stick with due to the functionality, ease of use and service. Pros After being tasked with replacing our outdated label maker software I came across several times and they offer a free trial so no risk. I tried it for 13 days and loved it, then paid the one-time fee. It is SO easy to use, anyone can sit down and understand the software. It has all the functions we need to create barcode labels, rack labels, box labels and so much more. I love the importing function is has for importing our excel files; I can just click and print all styles with their UPCs on the entire spreadsheet. I really appreciated that when I had questions I could shoot an email over to the company and receive an almost immediate reply which was really helpful if I ran into any issues or needed a work around. Once I did get a reply it was straight to the point and straight to a solution. This is a HUGE plus for our company as we strive to provide the same level of service to our own customers. Cons I saw one area of improvement which is the print function, when you print 20 labels or any qty over 1 it prints each label one by one, instead of consecutively. Now this could be user-error like I need to find some setting to get it to print consecutively or its my label printers, not sure just yet. Review Source DC Diana C. I love that it handles my barcodes and general labelling needs for any kind of label I need from big to small. Cons I would love to see pre populated Uline labels added to the system such as the Avery labels. Most of us using warehouse order from Uline so it would be handy. Pros The software seems very easy to use BUT it did NOT print control codes embedded in a data matrix. I sent a message to your support team and Caylan responded and asked what I needed. I explained the feature I needed and he added that feature and sent me a copy THE SAME DAY. This is absolutely amazing. After this experience I showed my distributor ( a multi-billion $$$ electronics distributor in the US ) and they were super impressed. The usually recommend a different brand but they were really impressed and said they wanted to learn more about your products. Cons I don't see any con's at this point. Thank you, David Franklin Pros When researching for professional label software, as a small company we were quite surprised that the two large contenders in the label arena were very expensive and involved yearly fees, maintenance contracts etc etc etc, which amounted to VERY EXPENSIVE! for a newly established small business. When I came across , I was sceptical at first as the price for the pro version was very reasonable and did not involve complicated maintenance contracts and yearly subscriptions. I initially paid for the home version to see how the label software would suit our EPSON C300 label printer and DTM FOIL printer and it performed all the functions needed to create great looking professional labels. I upgraded to the PRO version a few days after! Cons The only small gripe and really it is small is the transferring of the licence if you need to reinstall windows on your existing computer, however not a big issue. It is very easy to print labels, barcodes, write text and format text. I had a few questions and the customer service is super fast to respond and responds within a few hours. He did an incredible job of helping me fine tone some numbers in order to get the dimensions correct. The fact he figured it out by just seeing a picture, in no time at all, was awesome. Just his support and assistance made going with this company a no-brainer! Pros Software is very easy to use and gives you options to adjust multiple facets of each label. Also a big bonus of being able to save sheets of labels - printing 120 at a time is typical in our office. Cons Having to save the labels on our computer hard-drive versus the label software itself, takes a bit of time in terms of opening a saved label sheet to print.
