"Great software"

**Overall:** I work with Telemetry every month and it is super easy to use very, very user friendly in everyway from start to finish

**Pros:** Pros is this software is a multifunctional software making processes super easy to work with on a day to day

**Cons:** The troubleshooting process is not as smooth as i would personally like, because it is not as easy as I thought it was once speaking with a olive person

"Friendly software"

**Overall:** Easy to use and publish, I can select files or just drag and have it working quickly.

**Pros:** I can publish safety or educational videos directly from You Tube.

**Cons:** Losing connection sometimes but we think it is related to our poor Wi-Fi connection
