I am guessing my second time around will be a little easier and I definitely have a better understanding of the platform. Pros The online chat was very helpful. The simplicity of the platform and it is free. Cons Punch-A-thon pledges not charged immediately when punches were entered. Reports when you finalize, it was challenging to find out those boxers that we have not entered in punches. Being the first time, I would have liked to speak to someone from the beginning on how the punch-at-thon worked. What goes well and challenges, therefore, I could have been better prepared. From the get-go, the platform was incredibly user-friendly for both our organizers and our bidders. Setting up the auction items was a breeze – the interface was intuitive, and adding descriptions and photos was straightforward. Thanks to RallyUp, we were able to run a highly successful and engaging silent auction that raised significant funds for our school. We would absolutely recommend RallyUp to other schools and organizations looking for an efficient and user-friendly way to host online silent auctions. Five stars! What stood out most was how intuitive the platform was, both for our team on the backend and for our attendees participating in the fundraising activities. The platform form overall was super easy to use and their customer service got back to you almost immediately. Cons Overall, no complaints. I would recommend that when you upload the individual QR codes they also have a title with them. Pros RallyUp is amazing! I had heard about the platform through word of mouth. I have never run a silent auction before or built a website like this and it was so user friendly and so easy to use! Everything from building the site to the support that I got from our Fundraising Specialist was incredible. She was able to answer every question that I had and hold my hand while I launched go Live! She was quick to answer every email with questions that I had and really made the whole process seamless. I 100% would recommend this site to anyone looking to build a silent auction site. Cons I don't have anything negative to say about RallyUp, I didn't have a con. I was done building it before I even got the email from RallyUp and I never took the call for Handbid. It was so easy to use. I have multiple volunteers on the back end every time we do a raffle and all find it easy to use/manipulate the data, and make update on the site. Pros It is very intuitive; super easy to drop images in; we used it for a school wide raffle several years in a row and it was easy to use both on the back end and for users. Cons I find it very expensive; the fees make it challenging to keep all of the funds raised in your own pocket.I have used less expensive platforms, but I find myself coming back to RallyUp as it is worth the priced. I created 2 raffles that each ran for about 3 weeks. It was really easy to set up and monitor and RallyUp can even draw the winner for you, They can also notify the winner and thank all those who supported your efforts.
