### "Easy to use! "

I like that each employee can be responsible for their own receipts and with the app it makes it simple.

Pros

I really like the app! When I make a purchase it immediately notifies me on my phone and I can upload the receipt right then and there so it's done and out of the way. Makes it easy for our accounting department to track each users receipts.

Cons

I haven't found anything about Brex that I don't like yet. It's very easy to use and keep track of all transactions.

Pros

Love that when I use the card, I am texted to send a picture of the receipt and that text will update my expense report. No need to keep receipts and spend time doing uploads.

Cons

Bulk change would be nice to manage updating expense categories of multiple expenses at once.

Brex changed our small business's travel and expense management! Brex's platform is so easy to use. With every purchase, we get a text message, which we then scan the receipt, which is automatically uploaded to Brex. Reconciliation between Brex and Quickbooks is super simple thanks to the built in bridge. Adding and managing users and more cards is super simple too!

Pros

Super easy to use, intuitive, quick sign up process.

Cons

nothing that I found yet, overall the platform is very easy to use and efficient.

Pros

I've loved everything about Brex so far. As a startup founder, having no personal guarantee was crucial, and comparing the rewards offered, Brex just can't be beat.

Cons

The only con that i can see for others is if you are trying to float balances past 60 days. It's not how we use CC, but some people do, and for those, this may not be the best fit.

The reason why i like them is they give us a high limit right away and the ability to extend payments by 60 days will be a game changer for the growth of our business.

Pros

The ease of use and tracking with Brex is great, I love that you can upload via text or with the web and it makes the daunting task of tracking expenses a breeze. As a remote start up it’s so helpful to be able to give employees digital cards. And the perks?! Unmatched.

Cons

Nothing, super happy with it! We wished we started using it sooner.

The main benefit for me is that I'm able to take a a quick picture with my phone and send it to a mobile number to automatically save attach the receipt to the payment.

Pros

\- Ease of use - Tracking purchases - Cash back program

Cons

I don't see any drawbacks from using this card vs any other credit card

Brex allows me to quickly compile expense reports thus allowing more time to spend with our customer and marketing experience.

Pros

Brex provides ease of use by matching the receipts to a photo. This has helped me on multiple occasions as I have lost some receipts when compiling my expense reports. Being able to go back to the Brex text and retrieve the receipt is very valuable.

Cons

Don't really have any issues other than sometimes a gas station or hotel will post a $1 charge on top of the actual purchase which can be confusing.

Pros

I am a small business and before they turned to going away from small businesses I had the account. I loved the rewards it gives out and the ease of the accounts that I could make payments from.

Cons

They closed to small businesses. I would love to get another account with them.
