Brex has made our credit card purchases far easier for our expense reporting. Being able to upload receipts in real time and directly link to expensify and our GL codes has been a huge benefit.

Pros

It integrates with expensify so we can easily produce expense reports, and can capture receipts through our phones

Cons

I can't manage more than one card in my account, i've created two accounts one for each card

Easy and intuitive. Makes my travel and expensive management literally a no brain activity.

Pros

Brex eliminates multiple steps need for expense management. The coordination with Expensify allows me to spend my time with customers and coworkers rather than with administrative tasks. The inclusion of the travel tool really brings it all together. Best system I have personally used!

Cons

Up until now there was no ap for my mobile device. They just solved that!

When I need to make IT purchases the process of tracking the receipts for the controller is so simple, saves me time and improves the accuracy at the Finance level. All win-win-win!

The card and software are so intuitive, easy to use and functional to my world of IT purchases

I use Brex to track my clients spending. It is extremely useful and has less user interface problems than other companies I use for the same thing

Pros

This is very user friendly. I frequently pull reports, audit balances, and track purchases.

Cons

I had trouble using this with Firefox initially (not sure where the breakdown was). I have since switched to Chrome and Safari browser and the usage is flawless.

Great! Love Brex so far!

Pros

Very easy to use and Brex definitely has your back. I like the ease of verifying any charges, by simply texting a picture of the receipt. It's nice knowing that each time our corporate card is used, it is being securely monitored.

Cons

No complaints, so far! I am enjoying BREX!

Pros

It does basic things that no one else does. For example it makes it super easy to give a card to a coworker and has good perks too!

Cons

I wish we could personalize the physical cards.

This company is something,, I am a business owner, I applied and opened a Cash Account with Brex, I could not deposit check but only ACH from my external bank account, I was able to make 2 international wires to my vendors and Brex closed my account without explanation, I contacted their customer service many times but they never gave me any answer to why my account was closed. Anybody who wants to open account with Brex good luck !!!

Pros

I liked the way I can create ACH pay ment and wires.

Cons

Brex close my account without any warning or explanation.

The key to Brex delighting users is the ability to handle expense reimbursement with equal convenience whether instant or delayed. You can use the Brex app to snap a picture of a receipt as soon as you get it, or you can wait and upload all expenses from a work trip, for example, after you return home. The simplicity of submission is appreciated and paired with a good finance team, reimbursement is prompt

Cons

Not sure about the administrative end, but from the user end, Brex does simple very well and haven't noticed any flaws.

Super easy to log expenses - being able to text Brex a photo of the receipt or forward emailed receipts and have it automatically log is amazing.

Cons

The physical card is rather thin & flimsy, whereas I am used to the metal-type cards with raised numbers for corporate cards. Not a big deal though!

Pros

First and foremost, I am very impressed with the corporate card itself. It is very sleek and also easy to identify (being black) within my wallet. As for the online portal, it is quite intuitive and user friendly. I like that there is both a physical card and also an online card. It makes purchasing while at my desk much easier. The notifications are not bothersome, and I like that I get reminded when I approach my monthly limit.

Cons

I have only been a user for ~4 months and as of yet, I have yet to ascertain a 'con'.

Pros

Extremely convenient and user friendly. I like the Virtual card along with the physical cards, it helps with online transactions. The text messages popping up every time the card is used is also very useful The user interface is clear and easy to navigate

Cons

Not much, the fact that the name and card # are not in the front had some vendors question it in Europe, but that was solved quickly when I showed them that everything was in the back of the card.
